Once the women got started they were chatty and performed a pretty good service. I went another time and I think the woman's name was Tina who did my nails. She did an awesome job and was very friendly. The next time I went with a friend, I heard them say she didn't work there any longer. I was disappointed. The service at this visit was just ok, which was disappointing given their prices. I guess I justified it the last couple of times given my inconvenience to them and the good service I received from Tina. They are pricey so this will not be a regular spot for me. For example, I've gone to other nail salons and it's maybe $10 to add gel polish on a manicure or pedicure. Here, it's $30 extra! So again, I won't make this a regular stop but will keep it in mind for those last minute, I'm in a bind kind of needs. I would give it 3.5 stars if allowed.
