There's ample parking in the lot but only a few right outside of the salon due to the other popular businesses next door. Still not difficult to grab a space steps away though. When I visited, there was only one other customer inside and I was quickly taken to a pedicure chair. They don't have the attached bowls like other salons so I was a bit confused until my nail tech brought one out. There was a gentleman in the salon who was tidying up, checking in on me and discussing procedures with a young nail tech which made me assume he was the owner. My nail tech and I didn't chat much, but she got right down to business. I had a package pedi deal that included a scrub, massage, and so much more. I love when I'm not rushed and can really enjoy every moment and that's really what I experienced here. I was able to put on a podcast and just lay back and take in the R&R. Weeks later, I'm so overdue for another pedi (so busy!) but my gel polish hasn't chipped one bit. Truly a quality experience and I'll be returning sooner than later!

The very next day, my pinky nail broke. I went back to have it fixed, but later that same day, the rest of my nails started bending outward at the tips. When I tried to reshape them, they began cracking along the sides. Within just a few days, 9 out of 10 nails were damaged. I contacted the manager right away and was told to come in for a fix. Due to my work schedule, I had to reschedule, but I stayed in communication and still came in within the 14-day guarantee window. When I arrived and showed the damage, I was told I needed a completely new set and would have to pay $45. That's unacceptable considering the nails didn't even last a few days and the issue was clearly poor-quality work. I wasn't asking for anything extra--just for them to stand behind their service. Instead, I was told to pay again. Very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer. I would not recommend this place if you expect quality or accountability.
