He's a unique dog, and for a while we weren't sure we would ever find someone who could effectively and safely handle him, but Grace was able to not only speak his language - but also safely integrate him into walks with other dogs and help muzzle train him. She quickly became his favorite person and was one of the only people he trusted. Grace went beyond the walks and basic training and would sometimes ask if she could take him overnight to get him used to being around different dogs (hers) and people. He always loves these sleepover and has learned to better read other dogs and communicate as a result. Our boy has come a long way, and we owe so much of that to Grace and Lucky Dog!

I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I cannot say enough positive things about Bailey and Pebble Creek. I have an 11 month old boxer pup…read morewho was CRAZY! He didn't want to listen. Pulled me across the yard on his leash. Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind.
