When it benefits him. I noticed sign after sign spend $100 receive $20 so I went to a store and purchased a few items for my child. I asked the store associate about the flyer they had on the counter and the promotion enticed me so I spent the 100$ went to the concierge and the girl could not help me so she called Tyler she said he was the manager. And when he showed up he was very rude failed to make the contact with me looked completely lost and did not care. I asked if I could speak to a manager someone who is legitimately a manager. Because the girl lied about him being one and he was a manager at his own leisure. He said he could get one on the phone so I said please do I would like to speak to one. He said not I'm not going to do that. Then why would you offer to call one. He kept looking at us with a disgusting face I asked if he could right hi name down on the card from town square I had and he did not want to write his name down. He did not want to help us out because of the false and misleading information. The said the promotion was for Sephora only but none of the signs in front of the sheik store said for Sephora not did the huge sign. Truly feel like a victim they treated poorly for someone who is at town square almost every weekend. Not sure when I'll be back. He looked at my brown skin like he was disgusted racism is alive today and I can assure you it hurts. I parked over at the Caesar's parking garage and took the shortcut from the parking garage, into the forum shops, which brings you to side entrance near Cheesecake factory. As soon as I stepped into the mall area, I noticed the ambiance of the shopping stores! The overall Roman inspired architectural style, including marble statues, fountains and a painted sky ceiling makes the whole area look like a showplace rather than a standard shopping mall. Everything looks very beautiful and well maintained! This mall contains over 160 different retail locations such as stores and restaurants. Some of those retailers include luxury brand names such as Gucci and Versace while others are more casual shops. Just walking around, taking in the sights and sounds of the mall is worth the time, and just to explore, even if you do not plan to shop. I really enjoyed walking around all of the different areas of the mall, stopping to admire the fountains and unique decorations throughout. I also appreciated the wide range of food locations like from quick snacks to full service meals! If you're looking for some place to shop while visiting Las Vegas, I'd recommend stopping by the forum shops at Caesars. There are so many different dining options and stores to explore inside. There is also the fountain show too!

It's a bit tricky to find - just follow the signs for self parking. Unfortunately, parking is not complimentary. Locals with a NV license can receive three hours of free parking by scanning their license at the exit gate. Once you exit the garage walk straight ahead and turn left to enter the forum shops. The interior is beautiful and designed to give you the feeling of being outside with the sky overhead. There is a lot of Roman decor as well. There are many high end stores here including Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and many more. There is also a huge Bucherer jewelry store for all your jewelry and watch needs. There are a lot of great restaurants inside as well. We really enjoy the Palm. For your clothing needs you can't go wrong with Psycho Bunny which you'll find here as well. Shanghai, "City by the see!"…read more In its era, Shanghai has always been the place to be. These days here in Vegas this is the place to be. So many businesses occupy this square. It's a mix of cultural diversity that makes this square unique. What's here. Let's shop at little shops like Kumi, 888 collectables. Lots of beverage options for milk tea and having dessert. Now parking is not the best of choices. You might have to go across the street but it's a short little walk all around this neighborhood. Make sure and wear good walking shoes. It's a little bit of fun here in Vegas, just another delight to make this city and all its neighborhoods feel welcoming and warm . Many options are around for updates for your pictures. Take advantage of these and remember those days years later. Now that we have explored its possibilities are endless for your fun and adventures here at Shanghai Plaza!
