Weird that I have never written a review for Town Square, given that I have been coming here for literally 2 decades now. Parking here can be a nightmare, but there are quite a few parking spaces. Even if it's super busy, I can always find a spot, even if it means I have to walk a bit farther than I wanted. I like Town Square mostly for the food options. The Yard House here was the only one in town for a while and we loved to go here as a family and there were quite a few work excursions that happened here. We used to go to a bar close to this area too, where they did a lot of industry nights. There are still some really good food and bar options here today. The shopping is pretty good. There are stores here that you might not be able to find in other areas of town. I'm not a big shopper but you can also just window shop like I do, especially if you've just had a big meal and need to do a little La Passeggiata. Some of the shops are expensive, some are not, so there's really something for anyone's budget. I've noticed this place stays pretty clean and there are a good amount of people working to keep it that way. I appreciate that very much.

Nice summer night for shopping, eating, and walking

It seems like this shopping center is ever changing with some stores being added after some of them leave. Wanted to walk around a bit before our big meal at Texas De Brazil. We are having unseasonably warm weather this Winter, it's what I call in-between weather. (I have to dress warm for my Office because my desk is situated in the coldest spot in the office, and people are always leaving the doors open.) The shopping center opens at 10 am. The tree was being decorated when we crossed the park. We went to TJ Maxx, - purchase, Sephora, - purchase, Old Navy, & Bath & Body Works, - purchase. after our meal at Texas De Brazil, we went to The Container Store. I got over 8000 steps in my boots! Not many people in the morning. Nice place for families & dogs too.

This is one of my favorite places to shop because it's outside and has a variety of stores. The parking lot can get pretty busy, especially around Whole Foods, but there is plenty of parking. I love the variety of restaurants and movie theater and a fun way to shop. The stores are all kinds and have something for everyone.

Town Square is a fun and enjoyable place to visit for locals and tourist alike. They offer lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Some of my favorites consist of Flemmings steakhouse, California pizza kitchen, Barnes & Noble, shiekh, sickies's garage burgers & brew, wow wow lemonade and the AMC movie theaters. An honorable mention of mine would have been sticks and stones before they somewhat recently and sadly closed. I believe town Square offers something for everyone. It's a great place for adults as well as teens to hang out and mingle. They have a gated off Playground perfect for the little ones to run around in a secure environment, be social and maybe make a new friend. It's a great place to check out during the day, which is when I usually visit. But it also offers things to do if your preference is the nightlife. Such as catching a late night flick at the AMC theater, dining at an open late restaurant, visiting a bar (or two), turning up at the blue martini, teeing off in a round of golf at the Popstroke open till midnight, etc.

Town square is a nice outdoor shopping center with quite a few restaurants such as California pizza kitchen, Brio Tuscan Grille, Tommy Bahamas and more. There's a Whole Foods center, Container Center, Barnes & Noble, old navy, H & M, Hot topic, Coffee bean & Tea leaf, the Apple Store, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret and more. There's also a TJ maxx. Today I visited the pottery shop for my very first time. Parking is mostly outside, they have a few parking garages. Then if you pay to park outside by each store it costs $2.00 for the first hour and so on.

Town Square Las Vegas is one of my favorite outdoor malls in Las Vegas. It's located on Las Vegas Blvd, just after the Mandalay Bay and the Luxor Casinos. Town Square Las Vegas has expanded since it first opened up years ago! There is so much to do at Town Square! They have an e-sports gaming area, AMC movie theatre, an outdoor play area, plenty of restaurants and stores! One of the main reasons why my family and I visit Town Square is for the Escapology, escape rooms! We've gone here twice, one for the Scooby-Doo escape room and the other one for Star Trek! It was so much fun! If you're looking for other activities and restaurants, you should check out Town Square while you're visiting Las Vegas or if you're a local! There is so much to do! Yogurtland Permission to K-Pop Wow Wow Lemonade Yardhouse CPK Apple AT&T Auntie Anne's Pretzels Bath & Body Works Beard Papa's Bonefish Grill Lazy Dogs and so much more! Make sure to check out Town Square's website for events! Upcoming, in September, they have Movies On the Square at Town Square that happens every Friday at Sundown from September 6 - October 11. It's a free event, too! During the holidays, Town Square will decorate the outside mall! If you're looking for additional sales and promotions, Town Square has those listed on their website, too! They keep the website updated often! There is plenty of parking available at Town Square! The Santa Run usually hosts packet pickup at Town Square! I'd highly recommend visiting once if you're in town or if you're a local! I miss some of the other restaurants that used to be here, like Miller's Ale House!

I love this outdoor mall, it's such a cute, girly, fancy shopping center!!! I went there to go to Victoria's Secret, Ulta and Whole Foods. I'll check out all the stores next time and maybe the AMC theater too! They have a few restaurants I'd love to try out in the area. So much to explore in Vegas, I love it!

This place is huge with many options to shop and eat. It is an outdoor mall. I came here during summer time in 2022 and boy was it hotttt! I don't understand why it would be built this fashion (not complaining) LOL! You can walk around here for hours. It's airy and open. Lots of space and parking. Some common stores we are aware of but some of them I was not familiar with. I enjoyed my time while here (it was limited) I had to catch a flight to Indiana within a few hours then to Washington state. I was able to eat a pizza and drink some yummy boba drink. The crowd was a pretty good amount, however service is good. I loved the feel and the layout of the place. Many selections for shopping and restaurants. I'd love to return again to browse more and enjoy.

I still love this shopping center & still find it so beautiful! Lots of ships to stop in. I was here the other night to meet my friend @ Brio for the end of Happy Hour! I actually took a parking spot out front and they have signs for you to scan an app to pay for parking. The sign also stated they will tow your car if you don't pay the parking fee. So of course I paid, no one wants their car towed!! It cost me a little over $4.00 to park for 2 hrs...yikes! But what I learned is Town Square is private property & they supposedly won't tow your car nor fine you if you don't pay to park. So your money is more of a donation....now is this true? Not sure but according to some frequent fliers they never pay to park and haven't been towed or fined.... I don't have children but there's a nice area for them to play and it's alway decorated for the holidays! Christmas time is my favorite. Their huge Xmas tree is a fabulous photo op! If you like to shop you need to check out this place!

A very beautiful and great ambiance shopping area in Las Vegas. We also had an amazing dinner at the Guest House as well.

Town Square is a 100-acre, open-air center featuring 26 architecturally distinctive buildings with over 115 stores and restaurants, an 18 screen movie theater, public parks, and water features. In addition to shops they also have a decent amount of entertainment options: AMC Town Square 18, Baobab |Boutique | Theater | Cafe, Escapology (escape room), Pinot's Palette (wine and canvas painting), Sin City Smash (smash room), Slimy Good Time (slime making business), Velocity Esports (think game works), and more. Center Hours Monday - Thursday 10am - 9pm Friday - Saturday 10am - 10pm Sunday 11am - 8pm Town Square Las Vegas 6605 Las Vegas Blvd South Las Vegas, NV 89119 702-269-5001 One important thing to know is that parking spots near side walks are considered on-street parking, which requires you to be able to scan a QR code on your phone to pay to park. It claims to be license plate enforced and rates posted on their website are such: DRIVE-UP RATES 1st Hour$1.00 Additional 30 minutes$1.00 $10 Max Rate If you do not want to pay for parking, they have lot parking. This just means you are parking with other cars and not near a side walk. It does mean you may have to walk further, but at least it's free. The fact that you have to pay using a mobile deice leaves room for discrimination towards technology impaired people. As we enter 2023 most people are familiar with technology and can utilize it seamlessly, but there is still a good amount of people who struggle with using technology and may be inadvertently impacted by not understanding how these spots work. Overall, Town Square has a lot to offer for people of all ages in terms of shopping, food, and entertainment. I hope to see them change from charging for parking to keeping it free. I do not want to see Vegas turn into California where you have to pay for parking to go into a grocery store. If you're not offering top-quality security for these paid spots, then why charge other than you're trying to make another quick buck off of us.

Ask the Community - Town Square Las Vegas

Does Tommy Bahama's have curbside parking?

TB is located at the shopping plaza of Town Square. They have meters parking along the curbside, covered garages or opened parking lot all around. Everything near all the shops.

Is this a pet friendly mall? Just to walk around?

it's an outdoor mall, there are doggie water bowls throughout.

Is there Christmas even at town square during Christmas time?

I was just down there & they have a big Christmas tree up & lit up. I also think they may have had Santa down there too inside a little house right next to the big tree outside Tommy Bahamas where they have it every year.

Is the town square parking and also mall safe from crime?

There is lots of parking around Town Square. Big parking lot, side street parking in front of the stores. There are meters but I've learned you don't have to put money in them as there is no meter aid. Apparently it's money that is donated but that… Read more

Which restaurants currently have outdoor dining available?

Blue Martini has an outdoor patio that's opened. Lazy dog. Maybe Tommy Bahamas & a few weeks ago Brio was but I know they close outdoor patio when it starts to get cold.

    Updates for opening?

Outdoor malls are eligible to open, but I haven't heard specifics on TS yet. Obviously businesses can open at their discretion and if they do, must implement distancing measures. Take care!

    Any vegan friendly restaurants there?

Not vegan specifically. But there is a large variety of bars and restaurants, with options for those with dietary restrictions. Check out their websites from the Town Square directory, or their Yelps for more info!

I really want to visit The Square before we leave (we're from Alaska), but I was wondering if there are any thrift type stores? Thanks in advance for your time!

No thrift stores. It a modern outdoors mall. You have to wonder around to find stores and restaurants.

There are several parts to this shopping center, but we go to the main part, which is a very long chain of stores. I've been wanting to visit since Grocery Outlet returned (it used to be on Boulder Highway, years ago, when I lived in Henderson, in old Henderson). The stores we visit the most: Dollar Tree, Big Lots, Cost Plus World Market, Ross, Target, Kohls, and Baskin Robbins. But we are now big fans of Grocery Outlet. If you download the APP, you will get $5 off your $25 purchase. We usually go to Dollar Tree every weekend, and every DT store's inventory varies. I was looking at the Big Lots markdowns, but no crazy ones here. We were lucky that when we visited, it was the afternoon, this past saturday, so we got some shade and relief from the "unofficial" summer weather.

On some flights departing McCarran International Airport it is the last thing that people see before setting off for the friendly skies. Below the friendly skies most people see its giant asphalt sea by means of Eastern Avenue. There are at least four entrances from Eastern Avenue including the signalized ones at Patrick Street and Oquendo Road. The McCarran Marketplace asphalt sea is so grand that it is approximately a half-mile one way walk between the Walmart Automotive Center to the Starbuck's.    McCarran Marketplace serves the role of a regional shopping center much like Eastgate at Sunset and Marks and Eastern Beltway Center at Eastern and Serene. Since the shopping complex opened around 2006, I have patronized it. I will go into more detail about this shopping center.    The way it is laid out, the power center stores are nearer the airport. From south to north they include the Walmart Supercenter, Petsmart, Office Depot, Ross, and Lowe's. Amungst them is a Dollar Tree. Throughout the shopping centers and pads fronting Eastern Avenue are the restaurants excluding the McDonald's in the Walmart Supercenter. From south to north they include Peter Piper Pizza, Del Taco, Farmer Boys, Firehouse Subs, Jamba Juice, China Dragon, a Hawaiin restaurant, Carl's Jr., Port of Subs, and Starbuck's. Joining the restaurants in these shopping centers and pads are the services including Bank of America, AT&T, a Verizon authorized shop, Eastern Hills Dental, Fantastic Sam's, and other businesses. Throughout the years I have spent time in many of these places and reviewed a few.    What I like about this shopping complex is that it is less congested and easier to exit than many regional shopping centers such as Eastern Beltway Center. Thanks to the two signalized intersections at Eastern and the indirect one onto Russell via Surry Street, it is generally a breeze to exit the complex. Another thing I like is that there is sufficient empty land allowing the complex to grow. As I write this review there is a sign at the empty lot on the northwest corner of Eastern and Patrick saying "For Lease." Will this be Las Vegas's newest Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Burger King, or Dunkin Donuts? " Speaking of growth when so many shopping centers are suffering, the only vacancy I am aware of here is Payless Shoes. Now, what I dislike is that there is poor pedestrian circulation between the different components of the complex. For example when I walk from Walmart at the southwest corner to Starbuck's at the northeast corner there is a lack of a crosswalk or traffic calming device at Oquendo Road which cuts through the shopping complex causing an asphalt divide between Dollar Tree and Lowe's. To exaberate the situation there is a blind spot where Oquendo Road curves. Once you cross Oquendo Road, there is a vast Lowe's parking lot and another shopping center road to cross. There is also a want for a walkway and crosswalk between Lowe's and the shopping center at the northeast corner by Russell. The poor pedestrian circulation is also evident between the Walmart and power center strip and the Eastern Avenue facing shopping center by Oquendo Road. If I want to walk between Walmart and either Firehouse or China Dragon, I am left to cross a curving shopping center road with a blind spot and no crosswalk. Obviously McCarran Marketplace was designed first and foremost for the automobile and not the pedestrian. The upshot is that an automobile is more preferable when combining two businesses spread across the shopping complex. Especially in the summertime.    Only a few hundred feet and over the fence from where commercial airplanes take off on a McCarran International Airport airstrip, convenience and shopping take off in McCarran Marketplace retail strips. And before I take off, I am giving the McCarran Marketplace four stars. It's selection of stores, restaurants, and services and ease of exiting safely onto Eastern Avenue with its two traffic signals makes this regional shopping complex worthy of four stars and return visits.
