I was camping and woke up with a flat tire on my RV. I have AAA and Sahs was listed as a service. I was able to get 40 lbs in my tire before i left camp to make it to their shop. They aired up the tire to full and I was on my way to Discount Tire in Green Bay that I have an account with. read more

Check Engine light went on and I panic. My 2016 Camry HV had a problem. Could I drive it to Chicago? Just went to Sahs who repaired my car when that deer hit me or I hit him. They were great. Renea (maybe spelt wrong) was wonderful. Checked out the problem within 10 minutes fixed it and sent me back to Chicago with a full report for my dealer to view. This place takes care of their customers. I cannot say enough how great they were. I still need to get into my dealer in Chicago. They think they can fit me in next month. read more

Best service ever! Had an issue with our brakes while on vacation several other shops gave us the run around. Sahs was able to get us in the same day and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Just as a side note, Randy Sahs also supports a youth bicycle team that give an opportunity to any young person regardless of ability to afford a bike or equipment. Returning from a Long Weekend in Door County, our 1997 CRV developed a noisy vibration. We contacted AAA and they sent Sahs Auto to tow our car. Randy was awesome, he had our car loaded and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. He also gave us a ride to his shop and offered a rental while we waited for diagnosis and Repair. Randy's team identified an issue with the Harmonic Balancer and contacted us with an estimate to make the repair. The repair was completed by noon, and we were on our way home. Sahs is an extremely Clean Shop. Randy and Rene go to great lengths to make the repair process as painless as possible. I would gladly refer friends and family to Sahs. read more

Pros: they go above and beyond the call of duty, excellent customer service, clean shop, comfortable waiting room Cons: None Recently I had a problem with my rental when a pebble hit my windshield while I was heading towards Sturgeon Bay. Not knowing what to do I Googled auto repair in Sturgeon Bay and luckily found Sahs. Glad I did because when I got there Randy (owner) went out of his way to try and help me. He first called around to a few places in Green Bay, because Sahs really doesn't do small windshield repair fixes, but when he couldn't find someone that was reasonable, he did it himself! He's that kind of guy. Honestly, this would've never happened in Chicago! So definitely check them out, they have a nice waiting room and his helpful manager Renae is great for answering questions. They're reasonably priced too! Wish they were in my neighborhood! read more

The lady who checked is in was hurried and uptight. Had a dentist appt and was upset. The car rental was excellent. Loved the car. it was clean and well working. Had worked done on my parents minivan a couple of years ago. They were awesome. read more

We became acquainted with Sahs because our handicapped-accessible van had a dead battery. We called AAA/Chicago and Sahs was dispatched. They arrived VERY quickly (!), jumped the battery and got it started, and we opted to go to Sahs for some battery/charging system diagnostics. They determined the battery was far under-capacity, so we asked if a new one was in stock. They said no (yikes!) but they'd have one inside of 10 minutes. True to their word, a new one was delivered before the tech even had the old one disconnected. The new one was installed, tested, and we were on our way quickly. Everyone was very personable and the service was top notch. When we're in the area and need service, we'll go to Sahs--they've gained our trust. read more

Client blaming organization: Harassed me after I walked out of the office to seek better services. Overall, not a professional business -worst customer service I ever encountered. If you do go: Ask about their hidden fees--they said, "Oh, we forgot to tell you about the $25 per day storage fee!" Also, claimed I signed a document about the storage fee, and could not produce the evidence of "signed document" when asked. read more

Simple oil change, over filled or spillage on engine not sure which, belt shredding from oil, had to get towed then pay them $440 to clean up problem Sahs caused. No leak before oil change or after degreasing engine from spillage to find problem yet will not accept any responsibility. Long term customer has turned sour on Sahs. Have taken my cars there for the last ten years on and off. Decided to have my 7500 mile oil change/check up done there for my new car. This experience has truly taken Sahs down several pegs! From unexplained broken parts turning up to a truly miserable customer experience, I will not take my cars there again. Recommend caution ... there are several other shops in town to do business with and I will. Think this an unethical shop. read more

Somehow dropped our drive shaft prior to setting up camper in Pot park. AAA towed our SUV to Sahs - fortunate to still be able to get camper to site. Unusual problem and no one carries drive shafts w/o ordering from company ( many days and we had site for 3 days). Randy was resilient in getting a slightly used shaft from miles away and we had our vehicle after two days. Smooth and safe ride home. read more

As my wife and I were on our 40th Wedding Anniversary we had the bad experience of our SUV losing all electrical power. We did make it back to our parking space at our bed and breakfast in Sturgeon Bay but we called first thing in the morning our AAA co. They recommended Sahs and because it was within 5 miles a free tow. They diagnosed the problem - a burned-out alternator within the hour. As our SUV was a Saturn - there were new alternators to be had. They got a re-built alternator and after installing it found it to be defective - not putting out signal. This was 1:00 pm. We were grounded now from 9:00 to 1:00 and they went the extra mile to acquire another which they installed and everything was good. It wasn't until 5:00 pm that the repair was complete but at least we could keep our plans for the evening. They were courteous and the owner went out of his way to explain the process and keep us informed. read more

In August of 2012 I had an accident and needed towing and auto body repair. I was familiar with SAHS radio commercials and was impressed. Perhaps it was because my career was advertising and marketing. In any case the service and quality was tremendous. Very nice people, on time and excellent workmanship. I decided at that point I would return for other work (brakes, tires, etc.). In mid November I called for an estimate on 3 new tires (the 4th was installed as part of the auto repair I had done earlier). I talked to a young lady and she gave me an estimate of $797.01 for three tires, installation, balancing, alignment and tax). Three weeks later I called to set up an appointment and confirm the estimate. I talked to Renee at SAHS. She checked and confirmed the $797.01 estimate. I set an appointment for the following Tuesday, Dec.11 at 9am. I drove 25 miles from my home that morning for the appointment. Upon arriving I was advised the estimate had increased to approximately $1048, a 30% increase. I declared that was a mistake but they would not make a concession. I left, very upset and disappointed. They told me the cost of the tires was higher when they ordered them. If that was the case they should have advised me before I made a 50 mile round trip. I think this was very, very poor customer relations. I have since had the tires put on elsewhere at a substantially lower cost. Too bad. I thought they were above this kind of treatment. read more
