Man was he right! The photographs of the collection don't really do it justice. Vintage and collectible Gibson's and Fenders. Along with a beautiful collection of acoustic guitars as well. But what really impressed me was how friendly the folks in there were. I was told that I could look around and play whatever I wanted, while I was standing next to a 1968 Stratocaster. I didn't play it but man it sure was beautiful. I would say this place could hold its own against Mike's Music in Cincinnati and the top floor of Gruhn Guitars in Nashville any day of the week. I was able to get out of there with just a T-shirt for my daughter, but I suspect my next trip back. I may have some spending money in my pocket. Just an absolutely outstanding experience.

They also did some great luthier work on her current violin, and explained everything clearly and concisely so you really understood everything you were paying for. I've had other establishments try to bring the partscaster back to life but to no avail. I was all but ready to sell the guitar for much less than I paid for it when I heard Running Dogs Music has the veteran experience to do more than switch strings, look down the fretboard for a second and then take my money. Instead, I walked in pleading for them to help me love my guitar again. The team heard me out, and actually had me play on a guitar in the store that had a perfect setup. It was a $200 guitar but sounded beautiful. 24 hours later I picked up my guitar, got home, plugged it in and immediately realized why I loved it the first time I played it. I cannot thank the team enough and I will most definitely recommend them to friends. They are awesome!

They have a large number of customers that they have to wait on in the order once that they are made aware of their presence! I, like pretty much all of the people that come into GC Tulsa know that there might be a waiting period & we don't mind to do so! When a "customer has several people trying out Instruments for a prolonged period of time, it can cause or be a distraction to other Musicains trying to play & hear themselves so when a larger number of people are having a Sit-In Jam Session that disturbs all of the other Musicians, whomever the Manager is has a right to address the culprits in whatever manner he deems necessary! So I have the following comments to make on this complaint: #1 If Ignacio doesn't like the service or comments he received in GC Tulsa he's more than welcome to go back to whatever backwards, South of the Border, S__T Hole-In-The-Wall country that he came from as we don't need Illegals & their Illegal families having a Mariachi jam sessions anywhere in the USA, much less in a place of business where paying customers are trying out Instruments & as we're all LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS that pay our fair share of Taxes (primarily Income Tax) & Social Security & we don't steal rightful Americans monies to support their Illegal families in Food, Medical or any other areas that they should be paying for themselves, you can feel free to leave Oklahoma & the USA! Wow! Walked into this music store to price pro workstations…read moreand arrangers. I was rudely approached by a salesman on the acoustic piano side of the store who asked the cursory salesman question, "Can I answer any questions?" I replied, "No. Just looking." His response was to step a bit closer with his hands in his pocket and his posture exaggeratingly taller giving me a major stare. I asked if this was okay? He then asks, "I know you, don't I?" I said, "Nope. Not from here." His response as he is making me that much more uncomfortable with his glaring stare, "Oh, I know you! You are in here all the time!" He the stares me up and down staring at my shoes and then slowly moving up until he makes eye contact once again. I felt so uncomfortable by this point that I walked out of the store. Here is my suggestion to the owners of this music shop: When a customer walks into your store treat them with respect. The alternative: The 7 to 10Gs the customer was planning on spending on a pro keyboard arranger, workstation and podcast studio equipment will not ever be spent in your store.
