Wow! Walked into this music store to price pro workstations and arrangers. I was rudely approached by a salesman on the acoustic piano side of the store who asked the cursory salesman question, "Can I answer any questions?" I replied, "No. Just looking." His response was to step a bit closer with his hands in his pocket and his posture exaggeratingly taller giving me a major stare. I asked if this was okay? He then asks, "I know you, don't I?" I said, "Nope. Not from here." His response as he is making me that much more uncomfortable with his glaring stare, "Oh, I know you! You are in here all the time!" He the stares me up and down staring at my shoes and then slowly moving up until he makes eye contact once again. I felt so uncomfortable by this point that I walked out of the store. Here is my suggestion to the owners of this music shop: When a customer walks into your store treat them with respect. The alternative: The 7 to 10Gs the customer was planning on spending on a pro keyboard arranger, workstation and podcast studio equipment will not ever be spent in your store. read more

I just want to say "Thank you" for an all-around great experience purchasing a new Roland digital piano from Tom at Saied Music. From the initial, no pressure first meeting to the purchase and financing to the delivery, everything went off without a hitch. Good communication all around. This is by far the best music store I've ever dealt with, and believe me, I dealt with quite a few, in several different cities and states. Their service is spectacular. You can almost always expect someone to ask if you need anything, and be available to help if you do. Things are also organized here in a way that makes it a lot easier to navigate. The repair shop never requires a contract (as some music stores do), there's always someone available to look at your instrument, and they will either fix what they can right away (sometimes for free), or if they do need to take it for the week to repair, they always first give you the estimate right away, followed by a total if you decide to get it fixed then and there. You don't pay until you pick it up from the shop, and they always let you test it out to make sure it's in good working condition before you leave the store. I've had my clarinet fixed time and time again in this shop since I got it my 8th grade year. I'm always pleased at how good a job they do, and how little I actually need to repair my instrument. The store has a wide variety of things to test out (guitars, pianos, etc.). They also have a pretty good-sized music book selection. They have a section where lessons are taught as well. Teachers are brought in regularly to fill the client's needs. The staff is nice, especially if you can tell them exactly what you need, want, or what you think is wrong with your instrument. But they are also eager to help if you don't have a clue. All in all, if I had a choice of a place to repair my clarinet for the rest of my life, as long as this place doesn't change, I would want to keep using this music store, and only this music store. read more

Very disatisfied with the service. Signed my son up for piano lessons for 9 months but had for teachers. About the time he got adjusted to one teacher, they would quit or move. When we complained, the company made no efforts to satisfy and still charged us for a month of unused lessons (which would have been with a different teacher...). read more

Very disappointed! My daughter used to go for guitar lessons she enjoyed it! But, few months ago I added a vocal class. The teacher was acting very silly, smells horrible every time, being irresponsible, very rudely disappearing last minute from the building... when it's my daughter's time for class... keeping my daughter waiting for her for hours.. For many times saying "the teacher didn't show mommy!" I looked for her I don't find her in the building anymore" .....! Simply she goes without notes, without letting the parents know, without any substitute teacher, without even refunding money for us..... she is been charging me all this time for few months I have evidences my credit card shows everything. I went yesterday to meet with her.. But, when she saw me in the hallway she went under the desk picked up her purse and jumped hiding behind the hallway wall.. I was talking to the flute teacher.. when we BOTH saw her doing that !!!!! The flute teacher simply went to talk to her she told her I refunded her money back and then she quietly sneak out & "Disappeared" or "vanished"!!! Even though, few weeks ago as an appreciation for my both daughters' teachers we got her gifts & thank you cards. I wonder why she's been doing that?!! By the way the manager was in the building but, unfortunately.... doesn't know anything about it!!! read more

Do not go here! My mom bought a piano here in exchange for them consigning her old piano. Granted it was old, but they tried to argue with me that it was a piece of crap basically, and not worth the $2,200 asking price (trying to drop it down to $900). They don't have a good website to market and show off their inventory (actually there are no pianos or pics posted on their website) so only people who walk in the store see the pianos. The Saied employee David was very rude and disrespectful to me when I tried to get the old piano delivered, then says his boss only wants new inventory on the floor and they need to get rid of all old inventory. Give me a break. They didn't bother selling the piano: they just wanted to sell my mom a brand new piano/keyboard. Don't sell your items here, and if you do, get ALL the terms of your agreement in fine print. Then, after all that hassle, they don't deliver the piano bench with the piano! I call them, and they try to say there wasn't a piano bench with the piano and start to argue with me. They finally find it, but don't bother calling me back to figure out delivery or pickup. I called and left messages with 3 different Saied employees (none of which would call me back). My husband and I finally had to go pick it up and load it ourselves. What a horrible business--horrible customer service, horrible management, horrible practices. I won't be coming here again.. read more
