Kevin personally prepares every dish - I love the low smoked brisket and pulled pork they just melt in your mouth. The Black & Blue burger has real blue cheese crumbles.... where can you get that with a cold draft beer in Brooksville? From time to time, Kevin even runs specials with locally grown natural pork and beef from small Hernando county farms. He's a real community kind of guy like that. You never know if you're going to be part of a benefit to raise money for kayaks for a Church, or a live concert with professional musicians, or maybe a bike run. But, there's always something going on at the Way Station! It's one of the last outposts of the traditional neighborhood spot.
