The Pumpkin Spiced White Russian caught my eye online so I went with that and hubby had an Old Fashioned. Drinks were spot on so when the bartender said they had a great Espresso Martini I said but of course! It was absolutely delicious!! Last call is 1:45AM so it definitely seems like one of the only places to go for late nights in Midland. They had karaoke when I went there with not too many people partaking so if you want to sing you will be able to get to quickly and with multiple turns. It was really easy to talk to everybody there.

Our server Emily walked us through the experience with exceptional knowledge about the food and pairings. The chicken schnitzel is a standout, featuring a perfectly crispy coating that gives way to tender meat, accompanied by the most unique and white mash potato's I've ever seen. My friend had the gnocchi, which is another must-try, with its light, fluffy texture drenched with a rich sauce. As the grand finale, the dessert, is truly special. The crispy apple fritters with the softest inside. We also got this decadent chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream cookie that was truly superb. It's a comforting end to an extraordinary meal that lingers in your memory. Overall, Saint Blaise is a treat for the senses.
