Also , I've never had a problem with making an appointment or calling to reschedule. You simply call and tell them what location you want to go to and what doctor you would like to see , it's all quite simple . Luckily I had the first appointment so I didn't have to wait . I was seen by Dr.Scandiffio, who I've seen before and now ask for her when making my appointments. She is extremely professional ,knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I always get a thorough exam , feel comfortable and I confident that I'm in good hands !

I had to then come back a week later to be told my symptoms were dry eye and to get reading glasses. Fast forward three months I was hospitalized with a serious eye condition with all symptoms showing at that appointment had the doctor paid attention. Her patience and knowledge have put me at ease. Today Denise, a technician, assisted the doctor by checking my eye pressure. She also measured my distance vision and put in some dilation drops. Wait times in this office can exceed 15 minutes even with an appointment. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about insurance plans. There is a free parking lot behind the building, but it only has 17 spaces that fill up quickly, so I usually have to park in the adjacent Chase Bank parking lot, taking the chance that my vehicle won't get towed away.

I cancelled the appointment and surgery . they told me the pre op visit was 2,5 hrs of which i bet 1 If he and 45 minutes was waiting in the office .
