Arrived 15 min before opening and there was already a line. Made it in on the first seating which was great. Was asked to visit their bar first as they slowly made their way through bringing people in to the restaurant to dine. Felt pressured ot order a drink, which I didn't really want to, so I didn't like this flow of entry to bar, to restaurant. Fortunately the drinks were tasty and very theatrical. Was eventually escorted into the restaurant. Seating is like a giant oval around an open kitchen. Energy is electric, loud, stimulating. Almost feels like your dining outside in a street food alley with neon signs everywhere. The food consisted of fusion and/or modern interpretations of street food classics from across Asia, and other parts of the world too. Highlights for us included the crudo japo-mexican de salmon and chili crab concha blanda. We did find that there was a high degree of citrus and thought that the tako de pulpo was a bit too acidic. For the bun cha shawarma, the noodles were okay but the beef burger and crispy Vietnamese rolls were yummy.

The Techno music is loud so just be aware of that. I loved it and couldn't stop dancing in my seat. It is first come first serve. Regis told me to go as soon as they opened. Even then, we got one of the last seatings by the bar where all the action is. It was so much fun seeing all the chefs and sous chefs shouting and working in harmony. Our server was amazing in recommending many of the dishes and drinks. I also got a kick out of their cool straight jacket chef's attire. One word to describe the food here; it is very avant-garde (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Singapore). Our favorite dish of the night was the Vieira Asada (scallop with a green sauce). Honestly, I don't think you will go wrong with any of the items on the menu. Love how they describe each dish as they present it to you. Any menu would usually offer 2-4 options each of beverage (wine), starter, main meal, and dessert. Everything was meticulously presented from start to finish. The homemade ceviche was tart yet subtly sweet. The starter was the only mild disappointment since it was only a crab-and-avocado sushi. My main dish of salmon with pureed potatoes was delightful. The salmon was cooked grilled to medium rare, extremely tender with every bite. I cleaned the plate clean with my bread to soak up every bit of the pureed potato sauce. The dessert was a lemon tart uniquely made with meringue shards on top and dusted with powdered sugar. The restaurant itself is Spanish-Asian fusion with rustic wooden chairs and industrial lighting (see photos). Service was friendly and efficient, and my waitress was patient with me as I placed my order in middle school-level Spanish. I would absolutely return here the next time I'm in Madrid to catch another meal!

Not just in Madrid, but on the grander scale. The fare ranges from Asian fusion to authentic Mexican, and the menu also offers delicious steamed dumplings. Notable tacos include the Korean taco (with real kimchi!), the chicken Masala taco and of course the old favorite, the cochinita pibil. In addition to these already satisfying recipes, a range of accompanying sauces are available to mix and match with your order. Notable entries include the habañero mango salsa, the "Inca Blood" Peruvian salsa, and the "Juche" Korean salsa. The names are funny, but these sauces are serious in their distinctive flavors and compliment the menu options well. The team is a pair of Spanish guys and an Argentine, all three of whom are super-kind and endearingly funny. The stand is perfectly bilingual as they have traveled a lot and along the way have perfected their taco recipes. The prices are a little steep, at 2-3 Euros per taco. However, each taco is well-loaded and features flavor combinations that have not been available in Madrid before now. This place is an absolute hidden gem of a place. It is truly an absolute top tier restaurant in a tiny little place in a suburb of Madrid where you would never expect to find food of this caliber. Of course every eatery in Madrid is fabulous, but this place really stands out in a city of excellence. The plates are tapas style and we ordered almost everything on their menu!
