3.27.22 Came to this location yesterday with my daughter. I have to tell you I have not seen so many things on clearance. And for the most part it was very well organized. Daughter is in search of a cocktail dress. She is 6' tall so this is not an easy task to find one that is cute, not to expensive and fits well. My daughter tried on around 8-10 dresses and she found one that was under $40!!!! If you have time to really search for great bargains this might be the place for you. NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS-no matter what!!!! They require proof of purchase as well-no matter what. So receipt or purchase must be identified. Don't make the drive to do a return, because if it's over 30 days, they will not even give you store credit! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE!!! They would not let me exchange, take store credit, or return a dress and two dress shoes!!! I will say the employees are helpful and nice. They have a good selection on the men's side. Golf clothes, some suits, slacks, some shoes. Smaller selection on the women's side. You may be able to find a dress, shoes, and sunglasses. They have some jeans. It's hit or miss. read more

I enjoy highly coming to cypress to shop! And I love Saks ! But it's because of the employees that sometimes people stop going to the stores. As I am writing this review I am still at the store waiting for a fitting room. This lady rudely , as I was waiting for a fitting room mentioned go in to which ever is opened and I didn't see one. As I didn't want to interrupt and she point and goes there is one right there as she rolls her eyes. And still stands there for another 30 minutes . People like that if they don't like their job should QUIT. Don't come and ruin people shopping experience. read more

Probably the worst Saks Off 5th store I have been too the Manager Cathlyn was rude and obviously doesn't know what customer service means. The store was very unorganized and products were all over the floors. It was the worst experience I have EVER had. I will not be coming back to this store and I highly suggest to go to the Katy branch instead. read more

Imagine Calvin Klein dresses for $30 each and perhaps a nice Valentino for under $500? yeah, this is your place. yes I'm talking dresses! don't be silly. This particular Saks is blessed with clearance merchandise, which is a far better thing than the Sugar Land location! That location sucks! Just go here. yes, its a drive -- its past where Grand Parkway is going through (past Mason RD) and its on the north west side of the outlet shops. But its so good! Imagine scoring a nice dress for your gf/wife/other/significant other/etc for a really decent price! And yes, those are real labels you are buying. I come to this store frequently, as I live nearby and do not like any other stores in the outlet mall. This is my go-to store when I need something asap and last minute and do not have time to go into Houston. Over the past couple of years, the customer service has declined rapidly. The shoe department is always full with a good selection! The women's department has a good variety of casual and dressy. The children's department is about 75% girls. The jewelry and accessories are lacking, and the men's department is not great. Even with all of these factors, I strongly stand by this being the only decent store in the outlet mall for women. read more

Yay! I went during black friday frenzy. Sales are up to 70% off, but there really wasn't much sales than the ones that were already marked down. I've never went into Saks before even though I've been to the outlet mall countless of times. I just happened to be passing by and some of the displays caught my attention and I went inside. It's a really big store with lots of merchandise. They have everything.. from sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, women and men wear, and purses. There's so much to choose from. They have a lot of different styles and different brands. I love me some saks... definitely going to make a stop here every time I come to the outlet. read more

Great selection, probably even better than the one in Katy mills, but that's about it. You'll be okay if you know know what you want, go inside, grab the stuff you want and leave. If you have to deal with customer service (fitting room, cashier, etc), it'll be hit or miss. We live in Cypress, and my wife and I both like Saks Fifth Ave. so we frequent this place quite often. I like their location, selection, and price. But customer service really needs improvement. Staff are very rude and they don't care if you buy from them. Staff have negative attitudes which makes me want to shop somewhere else. Too bad corporate office doesn't know about this. My new fave "outlet"! They have great brands, and great prices. I was on the hunt for a cool piece and skinny jeans. We decided let's just hit up saks as they have a variety of brands. As I'm trying clothes on the lady asks me if I want to sign up for this discount card which gives you 30% of your entire purchase. Yes please! I managed to get a CK dress, true religion jeans, wildfox sweater and tank top for $275, and the even better part was when I went to pay they ask if you want to pay in US or CDN funds, which saves us the hassle of the exchange rate. They had great selection, lots of sizes and organized in a pretty good way. read more

Love their selection, quality and price, but the customer service lately is horrible. How can a customer not allowed to try on products? This location is in the corner of Houston, and majority of Houston do not live around that area. Wrong size means traveling for at least one hour round trip. We tried to buy shirts and a person stopped us in the fitting room saying packaged product can't be opened. We liked the product so we bought it. Guess what? It was too big. This is why people would rather deal with machines. Buy online with free shipping. It lands in our front door. Try it on. It doesn't fit? Who cares? Ship it back for free. Maybe this is a reminder that if you don't want to be replaced with a machine, don't let it beat you. It's not the machine's fault. read more

Buyers Beware - you must be dressed high class to shop here. I walked into the store to pick up some sandals wearing jeans and a t-shirt and not a single associate asked if I needed help. Four different associates walked past me during the time I was in there but they were happy to assist one gentleman wearing a blazer. I immediately decided to take my business to Dillard's. The employees at this location need to get over themselves and learn how to interact with customers. read more

So disappointed at your Cypress location. I was referred by my clientele from the restaurant I own in Cypress. I went in at approximately 8:09 pm to try some cocktail dresses for a big gathering that's happening this Thursday. I selected 5 beautiful dresses and proceeded to go in the dressing room. ( maybe they were too busy counting the drawers down as a associate was doing so when I walked in. Mind you the doors to the side were looked so I had to walk around to get in the store. )Their was no dressing room attendee however their was a door open for a dressing room. I went in to try this dresses on. I called my teenage daughter to come and help me zip the dresses up for me, that's when Donna came and rudely screamed at daughter how was the person in the dressing room and how I was not supposed to be inside. I quickly yelled over the door " the dressing room was open" I asked for her name to further discuss because I was already concerned that she was yelling at my daughter who has panic disorder. I came out and Donna persisted thy I was not allowed to be in without having the items counted. I responded to her as I did before " the door was open, so I let myself in. If it is that important to have a count of items why is there any service in this store? " you would think at this point I would be highly upset. Dina at this point proceeded to speak to me in a slow manner and started to pronounce her words as if I didn't under stand English. I told her " I speak English Donna" and then as I started to walk out and she screamed out loud " well your daughter said you opened the dressing room door with the dressing room key that was hanging by the dress rack. I stopped and looked at the rack and told her " why would you have the key on the rack to allow people in? " she replied with " your daughter told me you did it!" And I said " my daughter just came in to the dressing room to assist me. As we were walking out she kept mouthing off. I am truly saddened that a person would speak like that at what I thought was a profesional environment. Mostly to speak to a kid who was only 13 who they have no clue what their condition is. I will never step foot in your establishment and I hate to admit but will make sure I spread the word to my colleagues and clientele. I walked in hating the idea that I had to purchase a dress, something I feel so uncomfortable in. As a customer I was looking for a good shopping experience and maybe even some feedback on what to wear to this kind of event that I have to attend. I left your establishment feeling little and embarrassed. Their is no doubt in my mind that this could of been handled differently. Perhaps maybe even try to assist me . Assessing the situation and sticking around to try to find a way to get in to talk to me and offered help and then kindly tell me about the dresses that were in the room, or doing an inventory count as she helped to zip me up. Please have some sort of meeting with your associates to handle this kind of situations differently. read more
