Ella was great! I had a one hour foot reflexology with her which include included hot stones and a hot pillow under your neck. I wanted to focus to be on the feet so that's why I chose that one, but it was also very nice because it included a 15 minute neck massage and she even made sure to massage around my entire body so that everything was touched. I join the chorus of prior reviewers - good massage and great value. Decor is kitch. Location is a strip mall. Staff speak limited English. I spoke Mandarin so that was useful If you have injuries and surgeries where you need to communicate on those, this place is not for you. For the basics, it was bliss. 90 min couples massage. I had 60 min full body and 30 min focused on feet. Partner had 90 min full body. We walked away feeling better and having fun. I was in Santa Fe for five days. I had booked a massage for the morning before we left. It was confirmed the appointment was made earlier even and then the night before I got a text saying that she had to cancel due to an emergency, but unfortunately I didn't get the text until I was literally walking out the door to the appointment so I went on the Internet and I saw positive reviews for Sakura and I called at 8:30 and they got me in at nine for a 90 minute Full on massage which was absolutely the best that I have had in a long time. Emma was my massage therapist and she was very intuitive. Strong new where to work harder what to stretch and where to be. Gentle could not be happier with this experience. Having experienced reflexology treatments for decades now, I am very judgmental when it comes to those who advertise that service. Santa Fe is known for its spas so I held this business to an even higher standard. Sakura was good at its word, and their reflexology services are outstanding. The business atmosphere was very restful and calming. And most importantly clean. My masseuse was Tom, who is The Man when it came to my reflexology treatment. While I was enjoying a detox foot soak, Tom spent the first 15 minutes massaging my head, neck, shoulders, and arms. As I have an old back injury with nerve damage, he was very careful to adjust the massage pressure accordingly. *The only drawback to this treatment was the hard bumpy bottom of the foot bath. if you have very sensitive feet, ask them to put a small folded towel in the bottom first. If possible, please pay with cash. It will be cheaper and easier to control. As with quite a few spa service businesses, sometimes the employees will not receive their tip until the credit card pays the business, which could take a couple of weeks. Also, quite a few businesses are now surcharging the percentage charged them by the credit card companies. read more

After our Massages we walked out feeling violated. Ive never had a person massage my feet so hard and so fast in my life! It was the complete opposite of relaxation. There were 3 of us that just left this place feeling the same way. We are from out of town and wont be back but seriously had to write a review to save others from the same experience. Like an assembly line, get um in and get them out! We happen to get lost, went to the wrong location and then ended up being 30min late to our appt. It was a saving grace to only be able to endure 30 min (vs the 60 min we had originally booked). Place was dirty also and seemed unsanitary. read more

This was the best massage of my life. Stopped in here on vacation with my mom and both of us left totally blissed out after an hour. Very thorough-literally head to toe. Loved the foot and head and neck massage, in particular. My therapist checked in regularly to make sure the pressure level & temperature was still working for me. So thoughtful! Loved the sweeping rolling out motion and the hot stone massage, in particular. They have even worked out a towel off method that felt integrated/therapeutic as massage, while functionally wiping away the hot oil applied earlier. They thought of everything! My sister and I booked the #5 70 min deep tissue with cupping. They put us together in a very small room which was fine. The massages were good and so was the cupping. I am a former massage therapist and Our complaints are as follows: Both therapists kept going in and out of the room during the massage to get equipment and towels. They left us fully uncovered and the door open which was very uncomfortable. They rolled the cupping machine in and he had to she the other therapist how to do it while I laid there uncovered waiting. They talked to each other in another language during the massage which was also uncomfortable. It was not a spa like relaxing experience at all. The therapists did what we paid for but the overall experience was disappointing. My male therapist was not careful about how he draped me and fully "fluffed" the sheet to show my tush. Just getting back from vacation and a 12 hour drive home, my partners back and my shoulders were absolutely killing us. We have lived in Santa Fe four years and have never gotten massages. We both did a 90 min for $100 full body. And let me tell you. WoW. We both left in a daze. It was probably the best massage I've had and we will both be back. They do accept cards but it comes with an added tax so cash is recommended and more convenient for them it seemed. Make sure you bring enough for a tip as well because they do an amazing job. The space was clean and quiet. I really appreciated the unscented oils. I have been to massage places in the past where you could smell the employees lunch etc or scented lotions and oils and it was very unpleasant. I read a review where communication was an issue. We did not have the same experience. With out talking, my masseuse found my areas of injury and skillfully released the tension. I have been here before and the first time it started out great and ended up being just "OK". Evidently a regular wanted my therapist and she switched off with someone who wasn't really great. Move forward to Feb 2019: Three couples spending a weekend in Santa Fe. I recommend we get massages after a particularly brutal Thursday night spent with American Airlines out of DFW. 4 gate changes involving two different terminals, and not next to each other. Lots of train rides. Bad experience at the Admirals Club. Yada yada yada... We found at the late hour on Saturday evening only this place was able to accommodate six people at one time. They did, and everyone loved it. Seriously one of the best massages I have ever had. Both therapeutic and relaxing. No it's not Ojo or 10k but for the money if you need the massage more than the atmosphere, this is by far the better deal. And close by too. Looking forward to our next trip! read more
