This place is a hidden gem. I've been going to Sakura for almost a year now and every time I've visited, there's never a long wait! The ladies in the shop are super friendly and do a great job. My favorite is KK. She's super sweet and aims to please her customers! She does an amazing job with pedicures and I always leave the shop feeling amazing! She takes her time & gives a very thorough massage which I appreciate so much!! The shop sits far from the road which is probably why they don't get as much traffic. Don't let that deter you, though. Thursday, 03/26: Worst pedicure ever. 15 minute start to finish. They weren't busy; there was one customer having her nails done. No soaking, did not listen when I asked for the Deluxe (which turns out is good bc saved me some money). Will never go back even though I still have gift card. read more

I just spent $115 for a kids work on my hands and toes ... I could of done this at home. They are sooooo lumpy I sat in there 5 hours basically for horrible work . I hate drama so I did not cause a scene but please don't waste money. read more

Poor lack of communication and an obvious desire not to work on certain customers. My daughter and I waited for 45 minutes with no service. I was sitting in a pedicure chair of water for 39 mins. I called prior to coming and they stated there was no wait. Only 1 technician checked on us and it was to inform my daughter the next available technician was eating her lunch. I understand that Saturdays are busy but effective communication was needed. read more

I won't be going back. I went in today with my daughter. She wanted acrylic nails, and I wanted a pedicure. When I told them what we wanted they said ok, and sent me to the pedi chair and my daughter to nail chair. No communication at all. When I was halfway through my daughter texted to say no one had spoken to her or anything. I asked the receptionist, and she said my daughter was next. Others had come in after us and were being worked on. My pedi was finished and I asked when they would START on my daughters nails. She said in about an hour. Apparently there are only 2 people there who can do that, and they had people already. Wouldn't you think they should have said you have a 3 hour wait on nails? No communication, not friendly, and a mediocre pedi at best. Will not be back. read more

They went above and beyond today. I went in with my child and we both got pedicures and I had a nail soak off. All of the people working tonight were super friendly and sweet. Nobody made us feel bad for coming in an hour to closing, and on top of that, they did not rush in their services. I will definitely be making this my new nail place. read more

Had an awesome pedicure. I don't recall the young lady's name I wish I did. Definitely will be returning and it was money well spent. Pedicure was not rushed, atmosphere was very relaxing and best of all there were no children. read more

I Love this place!!! I have gone through several nail salons and finally I have found one that I really like!!! I have been a client now for about a year or more. Lucy is the young lady that I choose to do my services and she is GREAT!! I've had some of the others to do my nails and pedicures and they were good too. Lucy and a couple of the others know me by name and to me that's important because when a person is a regular client they should be recognized. If I don't like something I just let them know and they correct it. I have referred several people to them. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have called numerous times trying to set up an appointment to get a pedicure and if they don't have the time I suggested they hang up every single time. They never try to offer a different time or different day. I will never refer them ever!! The only reason I even thought about going here is because I was given a gift card. I sat there and washed the nail tech Ricky have a conversation with a white woman. Then when A black teen sat in his chair and tried to initiate conversation he was not having it. I have been to this nail salon many times & had a great experience. They now have new owners who lack communication & efficiency. I waited for an hour while people who came in after me (without an appointment) were helped before me. I'm generously giving two stars because my sister did receive her pedicure in a timely manner. I, however, got up & left after sitting there for AN HOUR. Needless to say, I will not be going to this salon ever again. read more

Nice workers, but way overpriced. I mean, come on...$27 for a regular pedicure? No thanks. That's an expensive price for an AVERAGE salon in the tiny town of Olive Branch, Mississippi. I'm not sure what makes this salon's pedicures worth the same amount as the ones in upscale salons in Boston or San Francisco, etc. Also, this salon's waxing chair is in the same room as their employee's fridge--which is disgusting. read more

Worst experience ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Was there this afternoon, there was a problem with my friends nails that was sitting next to me. Instead of fixing the problem, which all she wanted was a color change as the color that was suggested to her was not what she wanted. A male employee came over and said that it was her fault that she picked the particular color, again all she wanted was for the color to be changed. Then finally the manager came over and suggested a solution, which should have been done the first time. The manager asked her if she wants to wait for her or let the man continue, she opted to wait for the manager. The manager then sent someone else to finish her up. This wasn't the biggest issue. While my friend and I were discussing the service, two minors that were employees decided that it was very professional of them to not only get in our conversation but to stand up and yell across the store cussing and calling us ghetto for being unsatisfied. One of the minors was working on a customer, but she proceeded to yell over the customer callings us b***s. One of the minors had to be removed to the back because she was acting as if she was going to try to fight us. All while this was going on the manager was inside of the building and did nothing, but instead accepted the way her employees were acting. I would not recommend an establishment that allows their employees to yell and cuss out paying customers, all while not having to face consequences for their behavior. STAY AWAY FROM SAKURA read more
