Business, "who is this" Me, "a customer who wants to ask a question in regards to your business." Business, "oh.. Yes?" Me, "yes, I would like to know if you resize rings?" Business, "oh..um..yes we do." Me, "ok, great. Do you resize in store or send it away." Business, "we have a workshop here so we do it here." Me, "wonderful. I have a ring the is size 8 that needs to be brought to a size 6, could you give me a estimate , even a rough estimate of how much that would cost?" Business, "no. I'd need to see the ring." Me, "oh.. OK.. Well it is an engagement ring that needs to be down sized there isn't a rough estimate you can provide? A size 8 to 6.." Business, "no. I need to see what work will need to be done on the ring so I will have to see it." I felt like I was calling someone's personal line and felt very uncomfortable and attacked during the conversation. I asked Kay jewelers, Jared's, on the spot repair, zales, and more they were all able to give me a quote. This woman was rude and extremely unfriendly. I wouldn't go there if it was the last option. I'm very upset with how I was treated. I was polite from the beginning and felt I bothered a woman at her home instead of calling a business. I highly recommend finding someone else.
