Some will have dirt-cheap prices and others, will break your wallet. All That Jazz on Stockbridge Rd in Great Barrington, MA met us nicely halfway. If you're in the mood for a little bit of old-fashioned fun, this is the type of antique and vintage shop that kept us busy when we stayed in Lee and wanted to grab a few things to bring home. And coming here on a Monday, was nice to wander from stall to stall to see what antique or vintage items vendors sell. We reasonably snagged a few items including a cobalt blue planter box and a few other things. Our total bill at the end wasn't outrageous- plus service was great and polite from Ian. If antique and vintage shopping is your thing, All That Jazz is a bit of a gem and will give you a nice dose of shopping therapy.

This location in GB ss actually bigger (i think) and the variety of the different vendors is impossible to describe. You can (sometimes) haggle a bit with the sellers re: pricing and the staff are always helpful and friendly. They have everything from books to dinnerwear, jewelry, large and small furniture, Americana, ephemera, original and antique art, clothing, toys, lighting and other salvage items for every aesthetic. If you are looking for something to do I would highly recommend checking this place out...there is SO much, it's hard not to find something you will like.

Since I've only been to the Albany ReStore, I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know each ReStore was different! Anyway, I found the perfect $1 picture frame I needed and then looked over to find the perfect mirror. I had needed a mirror to replace one I was selling and this one was the perfect size. I paid for both items and asked the man at the front desk, who had helped check me out, if he could also help me bring the mirror to my car. Not only did he help carry the mirror to my car, but he helped me pack the mirror in a way that would not damage the mirror. He thought that placing it on its side wedged between seat cushions would be the best bet to keep it alive for the ride home, but unfortunately he was wrong. This vintage mirror broke in half as I was driving, and not even over a bump. Sad. I didn't know what to do at first, but I wanted to at least alert the man that he shouldn't load mirrors into cars that way. I also needed a place to throw away the new glass shards in my car. When I re-entered the store carrying half of the mirror, he replied, "Oh no!" with a frown on his face. "It didn't work," I replied. "It died." He offered to give me a refund or exchange the mirror, which he totally didn't have to do. Two other staff members joined in to help me find a replacement mirror and figure out how best to package it so that this one wouldn't break too. Collectively, they found bubble wrap in some corner of the store and a moving blanket that they let me borrow. Two staff members came to my car to prep the mirror for travel. They told me I could return the moving blanket at my leisure. These were the nicest staff members ever and although some of the prices were a bit steep at this ReStore, the kindness of the staff makes up for it.

When we get down there he has an attitude saying they aren't accepting donations. Why the hell did you say to bring them down if you won't accept them?! I have spent hundreds of dollars at ReStore and will no longer be supporting a business that treats its customers like crap.

The BEST vintage boutique EVER!!! Catwalk is an inviting boutique with a vast variety of clothes,…read moreshoes, and accessories. The price is right. They sell casual and very dressy clothing. I've found the most elegant outfits for weddings. They DO have designer clothes. They tend to be pricer, but they have sales periodically and you can step in some diamond dust. This is a non profit. Wonderful kind people with excellent taste donate items here with love. Usually the local loyal patrons drop off nice items they no longer need. The boutique truly is a special place. I have consciously chosen to donate mint condition beautiful items instead of selling them, because I love this store and what it offers to humans and animals. You actually support cats and dogs buy shopping here. Their sister store in Lenox is great too. I have a special place in my heart for Catwalk in Great Barrington. I love the women who work there. They're some of the kindest warmest authentic women I've ever met. I always feel better walking out of Catwalk! I used to buy the majority of my wardrobe there, but then I moved. The boutique has such a great vibe and wonderful fantastic finds, that I used to stop by almost every week, even if I didn't have to find anything specific. Often times I'd buy something I didn't need at that moment, like something fancy, but then I'd have an occasion to wear it later. I swear Catwalk has an auspicious crystal occasion ball. The women there remind me of a crew of beautiful animal loving fairy godmothers who help unknown Cinderellas prepare for future "balls" and possible "Prince Charmings." Catwalk is truly a magical place. Walk in for a wonderful time and find a special piece or two. P.S. They have great jewelry!

As a matter of fact, the owner of the store said that he did not make this item, but that it was made by a local crafts person. When I went home, I googled the item which is something I often do to see if I could purchase it elsewhere for less. I was shocked to find that this item was indeed available elsewhere and that it was not as the owner indicated made by a local crafts person. It is a factory made item available on numerous sites on the internet including Walmart. And to make it worse, while Rustic Works was charging $800 for this allegedly hand crafted item, it was available again on numerous web sites for as little as $400. First, I was appalled that the owner of Rustic Works lied about the origins of this item and that on top of that he is charging double what the item sells for elsewhere.
