Amazing salad at an amazing price! Their large salads are less than $8 before tax (depending on what you choose so it could be less) and its packed! Its like double the size of what you could get at McEwan at a lesser price. I got the cobb salad (forgot to take picture) and it took me two days to finish it. I was surprised that they gave me half an avocado and one full egg. More surprisingly they gave me a big spoon of corn. Delicious! The only drawback is the free iceberg/romaine option for the cobb salad and just romaine for the wrap. Spinach cost $0.95 extra. There's always a long line up, so you should go before 11:30am or after 1:30pm. However, they do have a lot of staff for such a tiny space so it's not that bad. It's right beside Tim Hortons with a big and bright green sign.

This has been my go to spot recently in the PATH. Their extensive salad/ wrap menu offers delicious, yet healthy options. The staff are very generous with the portions, and do not hesitate to jam pack your salad/ wrap with toppings! Their special menu is a great value - the meatball quinoa salad is a satisfying and healthy option. However, they generally don't allow substitutions for items on the special menu. I usually gravitate towards the Cobb salad (small) which comes loaded with corn, avocado, eggs, chicken, cheese, olives, cucumber, and tomatoes. The house dressing is also delicious and light, perfect for any salad!

Short list: Great price Long but fast line Fresh salad, with meat Big filling portion Close to downtown office in the path I will be back again for lunch. Long comment: Was waiting for prescriptions in shoppers drugs and figure out might as well get a lunch there. Usually I go for Ninki Japanese as I am cheap and don't want to spend too much money for lunch, but Ninki really didn't taste that great. Thought I would try something in that area (too lazy to walk to commerce court food court) and saw this salad place with a long line and thought why not give it a try. To be honest it didn't taste as good as IQ but it is definitely cheaper if you go for the special. Was in the line and checking out what others were ordering and found a couple big guys ordering small salad. I thought that was crazy as salad in general is not filling. Anyway went to the big one and got the special with chicken. Chicken is good. Meaty warm and juicy (not jerky like). Lots to pick from the customize but I let them do whatever as I was too lazy to think. It was a bad idea as they loaded with everything! I could be fill with just a portion of what they put, but definitely worth the price. Love the sweet potato. Personal preference I am always not a big fan of the Greek vine thing with rice stuffing personally, of the cheese, or the hummus, which I don't have to pay extra... so can't complain... (yes but you can tell why I said too much) If you are a big eater get the large. Otherwise I see why the guys go for small. I will return for sure.

Mandy's is the perfect lunch spot if you're looking for deliciously dressed, very satisfying salads…read moreand bowls. Their menu is pretty extensive; many options and you can actually create your own salad by checking off a checklist paper at the cash. Their dressings are all super tasty. Their menu staff are super friendly and welcoming. The service is pretty quick, but lunch hour can be a bit hectic as one expects. Super cute atmosphere and front patio seating available on Ossington for people watching as you enjoy your salad. I come here regularly because it's just so tasty, and a healthier option. Highly recommend!

For take out, I ordered the Pacific Crunch which has rice noodles, cilantro, mint, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, green onions, edamame, red peppers, mango, cashews, and coconut curry shrimp. The service was quick, as it took about 10 minutes to prepare the bowl. I enjoyed the Pacific Crunch; it was very tasty and the ingredients complimented each other well. However, I am giving Mandy's 3 stars as I was very disappointed with the portion size, especially considering the price. My bowl was only 2/3 full, when compared to the bowl purchased by my friend. For the price, I would expect the bowl to be completely full, with more than 4 shrimp.

I've actually had Brasa previously many years ago for a Yelp event but this time I decided to stop by the Queen St. location to grab dinner. Their menu boasts unique flavours where ingredients are fresh and nutritious. I decided to order a bowl from their phone app where my order was made in about 15 min. Upon arriving at Brasa, the space is accessible where the cashier/food counter area is to your right. On the left there is bar seating where you could enjoy your items there. I mentioned to staff that I was there to pick up my food where it was already made. In terms of food, I ordered the tuna ceviche bowl (Organic tricolour Peruvian quinoa, marinated tuna, avocado and sweet potato blossoms, two types of Peruvian corn, finely sliced red onion) which cost around $17. I had the bowl for dinner and it felt super healthy with the quinoa, avocado, and tuna! The ingredients tasted great together and the crunchy corn added a crunchy textural element to the bowl. Overall, a healthy alternative in the Queen/University area!

I was downtown and stumbled upon this grab-and-go spot, and it was exactly what I needed. I ordered two burrito bowls and a soup, and the total was around $50. Honestly, it was worth every single dollar. What really sold me on this place is how precise they are--they literally measure out every portion of protein, vegetables, and fats. It's awesome for anyone who's tracking their intake or just appreciates getting a perfectly balanced meal. Beyond the great food, the staff was super friendly and genuinely helpful. The prices are totally fair for the quality you get. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area and looking for a quick, healthy bite.

They had so many variations of these bowls and lots of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. The service via Uber Eats was quick and had no issues with that. When it came to the food, I was certainly underwhelming. I was not a fan of the Smoky Chipotle bowl and had thought I would love it based on the ingredients in the bowl. I found it lacked flavour and was just completely bland. The sauces had a weird aftertaste and I just did not enjoy the bowl overall. I hope the rest of their bowls are good and I just got a one off not pleasant one. I don't think I would be ordering again from this place. 5/10 recommend!
