Instead of waiting in the lobby for the repairs to be done he asked his employee Eli to give me a ride home. From 9 am to pick up at 11:30 am by Eli that was very nice of them and service was fast. He quoted me a more than fair price and told me that he wouldn't be able to remove the dent under my racing striped because it might pull up the vinyl. While I was sleeping, he fixed my hail damage. Lori called me at noon and told me it was ready to go. Matt told me he had found a few more dings while the car was under the light and had repaired them without calling me because he knew I was tired and needed rest. He also performed a miracle and repaired the damage under my racing stripe, which he had previously told me he would not be able to do. Truth be told, he did far more work bringing my car back to its pre-hail condition than we had agreed upon and he didn't charge me a dime extra. I would have been willing to pay him for his work but he didn't even charge more for the extra repairs he did. The work is beautiful and it didn't take him long to do it. I would recommend Matt and Lori to ANYONE and I will definitely be coming back with my second car that took a few hits in the same storm. This company gets great reviews and you'll see why in the first ten minutes of meeting them.
