The passenger door now rattles like something inside is loose or broken, there's paint overspray on my windshield, and the door speaker no longer works. My husband and I tried several times to contact the owner, Lenny, who originally quoted us the 5-7 day timeframe, but he completely ignored our calls and texts. No response, no accountability. This shop clearly cuts corners and cares more about taking your money than doing quality work. They'll hand your car back unfinished and then avoid you when you call them out on it. I gave a family member my card to pay for it Friday so I can get it after work after they closed and they called her to tell her that they are going to keep it because they are not done at the time they closed. I had to take off work to go up there and talk to them and pay for it again for stuff I we did not agree on, and when I tried to question it the lady at the front just kept giving me the screw off smile and repeated "I can't not release the car to you unless you pay." In summary, because there was more, you will be over charged for they agreed price, not get the vehicle back at an appropriate time, and they will be disrespectful (and blame you for not completely there job). UPDATE: I just talked to them to see if they can help me because it is not drivable. They said it will be 2 weeks until they can look at it, they won't tow the car for me, and they will not give me the owners information because he is the only one that can make those calls (he's on vacation). This place is a nightmare.
