Example: my other place told me that I needed to get rotors replaced (over $1000). This place told me that (1) I could wait until my next oil change in 6000 miles, (2) that they have a machine to resurface rotors instead of replacing them entirely, (3) that it would only cost me about one-third what the other place quoted. They are highly knowledgeable and they are also really good at finding deals. I referred a friend here who needed a part replacing and they called up different car yards to find the part to save her money (of course you can always get the more expensive versions of things too if you want). My friend just really appreciated that they were trying to help her save money. So yeah five out of five. I drive an hour out of my way just to come to these guys here.

We had several thousand dollars worth of work done on our very old 2005 Dodge Durango. The air conditioning items that had been installed lasted for 2 days. When we took our vehicle back the solution offered was to put a new ac compressor in which would be another 2+K$$$ I feel we were "taken to the cleaners". I'm so disappointed. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." Jason said they would rest drive it I got a phone call from Michelle saying my car was fine & that they did a wheel alignment. I had another repair shop pick up my car & he called me immediately. The guy was a mechanic & he & his manager went to Gene's to pick up my car. The mechanic said when he pulled out of Gene's parking lot, he had to call a tow truck because my car was dangerous to drive. He said he would never recommend Gene's because Michelle was so incredibly unprofessional by bad mouthing me stating I was crazy because nothing was wrong with my car! The mechanic & his manager stated that if anyone had test drove my car, they would've seen it was dangerous to drive. He also said if they actually performed an alignment, they would've seen the damage to the E-steering, Control Arm, etc. I spoke to Gene about Michelle's rude behavior & what I was left with but he never followed up or got back to me. How sad.
