He spent his time listening to my concerns, asked me numerous questions, and suggested lab work before moving forward. He was very thorough, kind spoken, and very easy to visit with. The nurse even whispered an apology to me for his behavior. Probably fearing his response as well. I told him he was being very aggressive . He said "So now I'm the bad guy"? I will never return to this physician and wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I was told that he could be rude but he never acted like that with me. Guess my day had come.

No communication each other and billing / charging team are very unprofessional with big mistakes they have made. And they allegedly no longer accept medicaid and medicare. Note. They grew to this BIG level of business with many help of Korean patients who needed supports from language barrier but it's hard to expect quality of medical service now.

However the office staff were DREADFUL. They attacked me when I got in for not filling out paperwork ahead of time - that I had repeatedly called to let them know I hadn't gotten. They didn't give me the right instructions for how I needed to prepare for the visit. I came in for a physical and the doctor set up an appointment to go over my test results. There was an issue with my insurance and instead of calling my insurance or finding a solution I was yelled at by a billing person who couldn't give me information. I was told I couldn't get my test results without paying $180 for the first appointment and $89 for the phone appointment. She refused to resubmit my claim to insurance even when I had the EOB that said that's exactly what to do - and other providers have been able to do. The hassle of the incompetent office staff is not worth the sweet doctor - go elsewhere literally anywhere else is better.

First, my gripe of all gripes regarding doctors; there was literally one other patient in the office and yet it took almost 35 minutes for me to see the doctor AFTER I was all registered and done with the paperwork. Almost a full hour after my appointment time! My primary doctor is a very well known doctor in Dallas and has been in business for many more years than Dr Leslie, so he has a patient list that is probably 3x the size of Dr Leslie's. But I never have had to wait there as long as I did in Dr Leslie's office, especially when there is no one else there! To top it off, I did not care for his manner as it seemed I was taking him away from something for the total of 8-10 minutes I spoke with him. Five of which was spent with him just reading to me all the info I had JUST filled out in the waiting area. I assumed he had looked that over before he came in to see me, but as it turned out that was the first time he was looking at it. What had he been doing this whole time? Now, I realize doctors do other things between patient visits and such. I just had the distinct impression that as slow as this office was, if I were to walk around and look at 3 or 4 computer monitors in that office, I would see a lot of solitaire, facebook, travel websites and online poker. I have only been one time and everyone is entitled to a bad day. It just didn't seem as though anyone other than the front desk person (can't remember her name but VERY nice) was doing anything but trying to get a paycheck and do as little else as was necessary. Maybe if you have chronic respiratory problems like emphasema or something, then Dr Leslie warms-up and you become a "regular" and the atmospere is better. But if you're here looking into sleep apnea, don't waste your time or at least don't have high expectations.

He has a fantastic bedside manner, spends time discussing my condition when I am ill and gives me treatments as needed. One of the huge bonuses is his staff. His congenial and helpful staff is what caused me to go ahead and give five stars. The wait in his office has never been too long for me. So far I am very happy with Dr. Leslie and his office. For someone who is aware they will be dealing with lung issues for the rest of their life, and whose condition will only deteriorate with age, Dr. Leslie is a treasure.

We started going to her practice on Park Lane years ago, and started out with a Dr who was working there. When that Dr left the practice, we started seeing Dr Clifford. It was a refreshing change in what a well visit or sick visit really looked like. Dr Clifford is always friendly and energetic, even when are the last appointment of the day. She asks a lot of questions, and allows additional questions. I have never left the office feeling that I should have asked her this or that - while I was in the visit with her. My son turned 18 this month, and I am sad they he will start seeing a PCP soon - it's difficult to find a pediatrician or general practice physician who is caring and thorough and follows up when they say they will !! Dr Clifford is all of these things !! I have been going to her for the last 11-12 years and I wouldn't change a thing !! Everyone in the office is genuinely cordial and welcoming - even if I am coming in with a sick child !! Dr Clifford has a range of information at her disposal that she shares with us, and I feel better knowing that she will research a topic that is new or important to our child's situation/ illness. During COVID19, my middle child came down with a fever. She had her office staff set up and appointment where her nurse came downstairs from the 4th floor to the 1st and outside to the car to get the throat culture. That in my book is a heck of a service of above and beyond! Dr. Clifford is extremely focused and listens intently when presented with a sick kid. She asks lots of questions, completes her exam and decides on a course of action. She has been correct every time. Dr. Clifford takes her time during the examinations to ensure she has covered everything, and you never feel rushed. She also asks at the end of the exam if she has covered all issues. Dr. Clifford has truly gone the extra mile on more than one occasion when my kids needed referrals to specialists. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her and her office staff.
