Then there's the rare vendor who will not just meet your expectations, but exceed them. At my recent Boulder conference, hiring Alpine was far and away my best decision. -the prices generously beat the hotel and other vendor quotes -they arrived when scheduled, and were on site to check in frequently. when I needed something, they handled it without being babysat. I trusted them to just "get it done". -they were kind, easy and non judgemental about changes to the schedule or our equipment needs. -their onsite staff was always early, had a deep skillset and was always willing to help with onsite tech outside her responsibilities. I never heard a peep of complaint, if anything, she was exceptionally complimentary and really, just a joy to hand onhand. If not clear by my words, I really can't recommend them enough for your wedding, party, conference or meeting. I have no doubt Heidi will be able to exceed your expectations, too.

They were on time to deliver and set up as well as well as for the tear down. I needed an additional microphone with speakers at the last minute and they were on site within 15 minutes, Mitch had the mic & speakers all set up with no disruption to the training. An amazing company and would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I work hard to be easy customers, he's worked in service and I've worked in customer…read moreservice for many years, so we try to be really easy to work with. This is the only negative review I've written about any of our wedding vendors. We went with these guys because they were in Fort Collins since we got married near there, they seemed reasonable in price (cheaper than most of those we got quotes from), and they had good reviews overall. However... I was not impressed. They started out seemingly easy to speak with and get info from, but immediately after we made a down payment I started struggling with them and it continually got worse the closer we got to our wedding. There were times I felt they lacked in responsiveness to questions we had, they were unhelpful and often rude in answering questions the closer we got to the wedding, and made our payment process super difficult (we accidentally cut a check that was an over payment and instead of simply providing a refund they added stress to our plate by voiding the check and making us render new payment - I've not had other vendors in the past do something like that so I was super shocked at how unprofessional they were in handling this, and this was never discussed with us as a company policy of theirs so we were caught off guard). Even being on the other side of our event by a couple weeks I'm still so frustrated with how we were treated. Also, I recommend to all other couples looking to get married carefully read the fine print, they will gauge you for anything they can (be it removing a line item and being fined for it or outrageous cost for setup that they didn't discuss ahead of time). I felt like the closer we got to the wedding the harder and more frustrating they were to work with, and didn't even give us an adequate delivery time window until basically right before the wedding which was very difficult when we were trying to juggle so much stuff at the same time. Thankfully everything got delivered and picked up and seemingly without trouble, but ultimately I will never again rent from them and wouldn't recommend them to others. Additionally the owner's inability to take feedback and work with a customer to remedy their experience shows to me a lack of effective leadership and a disregard for their customers. Ultimately to me reiterates that had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have done business with them.

He and his team are FANTASTIC. Hired him for my wedding up at the Mountainside Lodge at the YMCA of…read morethe Rockies. I really didn't have much outside help planning the wedding and everything was just barely coming together until, we had the final call with him before the wedding and he set everything at ease. He basically said, "I got you". Price was fair, quality was great, responsiveness excellent (before and during the event), music selection great. Kept the guests entertained and dancing and the ball rolling. No lulls. He really did have it! I didn't have to worry about too much, if anything at all. I had a few questions on vendors and reached out to Trenton and he gave me a few recommendations. They were great recommendations! I was also unsure of his accommodations, like what kind of set up the Y would have. He basically said, as long as I have a table I can handle the rest. He really put to rest some anxiety, I was having. One of my favorite moments was, in our group of friends we have one friend (Carl) who really... I mean really, hates Journey. There is a back story, but no need to explain it here. One of our other friends must have requested "Don't stop believing". Trenton played it, but he must have known that this was supposed to be an inside joke of sorts, and only played a small segment of the song. Enough to make our friend Carl cringe, but not enough to make him vomit (I told you he really doesn't like Journey) but long enough to satisfy whoever requested it. It was just enough. The way Trenton faded the song in and out was great too. Not skipping a beat and smoothly transitioned back into better songs. Trenton was great reading the room and was very receptive to requests. Played all the songs on my "must play list" and stayed away from the one song I absolutely did not want him to play. No matter how many times it was requested. :) I would highly recommend Trebled Entertainment, for weddings or any event. He is fun, easy to work with, goes with the flow and knows how to keep a party going.

Man... Where to start?…read more I wish I could write 2 different reviews; one for Mic who actually DJ'd our wedding and was incredible. Mic was on top of things, he could read the room and make quick adjustments to keep as much of a party atmosphere as you could during a CoVid wedding. My review for Trenton though, not the most positive a person could write. We were supposed to get married in May of this year but, CoVid happened and everything shut down. I contacted Trenton in April 10 to inform that because the state was basically closed we were going to have to switch dates and asked him whether he had our new date available. I texted Trenton who told me that he had the date available but that he'd need to leave early because he had another function that same day. I told him it was OK. At this moment, he did not mention any kind of rebooking fee or any charges to switch dates during this pandemic. I contact my venue, my photographer, my coordinator, the makeup artist and the City Parks and Recreation department and get the date changed. Not one person asked for a fee. After I had done the change, Trenton sends me this email "I wanted to let you know with how crazy everything has been, there is good news! Deposits are typically for date reservations and when there is a date change, the deposit is forfeited (in our agreement). Considering this event, being like nothing anyone in our lifetime has ever seen, we have been through similar situations with floods and tornado canceling events. This is preciously why wedding insurance exists, but many people aren't aware of it. very similar to travelers insurance. Even though we have received no unemployment or SBA loan stimulus, as a very small business that has closed its doors for months, with zero income, we are doing everything we can to help our couples and team, we have found a way to apply all of our clients deposits to their future date, minus a $125 re-booking. It took a lot of work and securing a private loan, but we can weather the storm and look forward to seeing you on your big day!!" At this point I am confused because every single contract has always mentioned "Acts of God". In this case his contract boiled down to "We will always keep your deposit" pandemic be damned, closed venues be damned, human life be damned. I want to reiterate that NO OTHER VENDOR ASKED FOR A RESCHEDULING FEE. What really killed me was when he replied to my email trying to understand the "Act of God" protection clause with "In this circumstance, we are making an exception to the agreement, thus not keeping your deposit in full and offering a rebooking fee. I understand that this is not preferable, but in a situation like this we all have to bear the burden and come up with some amount of fairness, otherwise like I said we won't be in business to provide a service and when a business goes bankrupt, they can't pay back deposits, because they are brankrupt." We were not asking him for a discount, we were not asking him to return a deposit, we were not asking for anything other than moving our date after he'd told us it was available and in every email he failed to mention this fee. I honestly cannot recommend someone who deals in shady fees and who is trying to take advantage of brides and grooms who had weddings planned in this pandemic and trying to squeeze more money out of them. His behavior was shameful, tasteless and predatory.
