In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

She caught something I had very early on and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had a chance get into a program which had a very short time Window to help me.. It wasn't obviously apparent what was wrong she gave me every test she could to find out how to help me. Her entire office is so efficient so kind so empathetic and so helpful. I can't say enough about her and her practice I can tell you this if you have Dr. Singh as your primary you are in very good hands.

On this visit, and to surmise, administration heard the valid complaints of their patients [customers] and reviews, and acted accordingly--on behalf of them and in the best interest of their bottom (no pun intended) line! Just by sitting in the center's ample waiting room, I could gauge that changes have been implemented, staff training is underway, and a turning point with the removal of systemic barriers or loopholes has been reached. I've called for 10 days, but no review yet. So I rescheduled an MRI at a much more responsive facility. I called CC to cancel the order and was told it was just approved. Apparently, the individual responsible for the review was unavailable because he was in Ohio. I guess that person has no coverage or their internet is broken. As an aside, it usually takes 15 minutes for the scheduler to pick up. Such terrible customer service from them. Their lack of patient care is alarming. Be advised.
