Apparently, the individual responsible for the review was unavailable because he was in Ohio. I guess that person has no coverage or their internet is broken. As an aside, it usually takes 15 minutes for the scheduler to pick up. Such terrible customer service from them. Their lack of patient care is alarming. Be advised.

It's a small office and Dr. Wong is the only attending physician. They got a small office but the staff is friendly. Dr. Wong seemed nice. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. We also had some other tests done but they never call us back with the results. A few days later I got mine back but they couldn't find my wife's. I think it's okay going to a small doctor's office, but the staff just seemed a little confused or unorganized.

I have been seeing Dr. Hsu since I first moved to FL in 2001. We always find Dr. Hsu to be very caring and diligent in taking care of our health issues. No matter if it was just the routine annual check-ups or we came down with something, Dr. Hsu has always been there for us and answering any question that we had.
