They are truly artists in what they do but, the price they quoted me was hundreds of dollars less then what I had to pay and there was a total lack of communication by Mr. Landsman. If you would like them to do work for you, get everything in writing. That was my mistake. Everything is verbal. He can give you a verbal price and then charge whatever he likes and you have nothing to backup your position. There was a mistake made on a plaque that was included and he blamed the people doing the plaque. Obviously, they made a mistake but he never checked their work. Landsman got it, mounted it, wrapped it up and delivered it to us. He should have taken the ultimate responsibility for the error as he was the one we dealt with. He also did not have it ready on time so, if you have a specific date you need it (which we did) make sure you give him a date that is at least a week or two before you actually need it. You will eliminate a lot of aggravation.

I met a new member of the business: Lee Landsman, the son of Howard and grandson of Albert Landsman- Al was the founder of the business back in the 1960's. Lee is a sweet, understated, millennial type of guy with a expressed interest in finding the right design for my limited edition print that I brought it. It was perfect when I picked it up, they completed it in less than one month! It fit in my living room wonderfully, which was what I was most worried about. I guess Lee had some idea what my living room looked like from asking many questions about the room it was going in, when we laid out the frame. A genius. I recommend this framer for anyone interested in getting an expensive work of art framed or even a family photo. They have the 60 years of experience and three generations to back that experience up.

They do everything in house so they have a super quick turn around. I dropped off a roll of black and white and with in 24 hours had the film developed and the photos scanned and emailed to me. And then when I picked up the actual film a few days later it was cut and placed in order in a film sleeve. Can't say I've gotten that high level of service from anyone else. The staff is super friendly as well. It's a small family owned shop so they are there to help. I don't think I'll be taking my film anywhere else. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the quality and speed of their work. They also started selling camera via consignment. So if you're looking to get back into film photography and want a nice vintage starter camera or some additional lens stop by and get a camera and some film and show this place some love. The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.

I visited this shop mid July for sizing for new uniforms. The new company I work for has an account here. My initial impression was great. The staff was helpful and helped me pick out everything I needed. I was informed that I would receive a phone call when my uniforms were ready for pick up.. I was reassured that I would have what I needed prior to my start date 2 weeks away. One week goes by. No call. Ok. I gave it a few more days. Call them a few days later. Apparently my uniform pants are a size they do not carry and they had to send out. Everything else I needed was carried in the store awaiting embroidery and patching. I was informed again. I would receive a call for pickup. After delaying orientation because I was still without a uniform after waiting 2 weeks, staff told me that the shirts would be ready later that day.. I had a family member arrive at the store at the designated time to pick up and was told 'please come back in 2 hours'. My family member told me she had the impression that they weren't told about this at all. 2 hours later.... Shirts were completed. Still outstanding pants, fleece and winter jacket. So... Here I am today... Order is still incomplete. I was given shirts and a belt. I have called weekly for updates and given the excuses 'ups hasn't arrived yet' 'ups sent it to the wrong place..' Here is my advice... If your company has an account here and this is the only place you may get your uniforms, get fitted ASAP. As u can see from above I have been waiting 1 1/2 months and don't see an end in sight.
