Salem Corners Services has provided quality lawn service for us for several years. I had to sell a house after I already moved away. I reached out to have them mow and do trim and they did an excellent job and texted me pictures to let me see the results. They did the first service on very short notice. They were very responsive and kept me updated on progress. I would highly recommend them. The guys are always doing a little extra and I like that. I hate shoveling and the cold so I have been using Salem Corners for a couple winters now. After our first snow this weekend my drive got really slippery. They came out quickly and without me having to remind them. His rates are fair and I've yet to have any problems. Best lawn service around. They show up weekly and leave pretty lines in my yard. They keep my yard weed free and they blow off the grass from the sidewalk afterwards. Rates are decent. I started using them about four years ago after a previous snow removal company totally failed me. A cleared sidewalk is a priority with elderly residents. We have one narrow driveway that needs snowblower service instead of plowing, not a problem. I'd recommend them also for grass mowing and fall leaf removal. No complaints at all. I tried to engage Salem Corners for weekly mowing, but I can't very well evaluate their quality of service because they never got back to me. I called their phone number (during regular business hours) last week and left a voicemail that I was looking for a quote, including all the pertinent details and a callback number. They never returned my call. On Monday, I filled out their request-a-quote form on their website. After two full days, nothing. Finally, today, I called a different company. They answered my phone call, took my info, and said they'd get back to me. Half an hour later, they called me with a price. Today was the day they are usually in my area, but they offered to make a special trip out if I coudn't wait until next week. Apparently this other company, unlike Salem Corners, actually wants more customers. read more
