We were denied a HELOC for a really stupid reason which we could have very easily remedied. We have much more than adequate resources and have been a BOA customer for over 20 years. We were denied and the portal closed immediately. We had remedied their issue before the end of the business day but were given no recourse. What horrendous, rude service these people provide.

Needed to get some $$ out from a Citizens Bank, and after searching the area and the Citizens website, it was either coming here or to the Stop&Shop on Old Connecticut Path. Wasn't really in the mood to go to the Stop&Shop bank since in the past they were rude, and Old Connecticut Path was a bit out of the way of Shoppers World. Anyway, this bank is located on Route 9, extremely close to the Route 126 (Concord Street) intersection, and very close to Route 30. Accessible via Route 9 & 126. Large parking lot and 2 entrances (front, Rt 9 entrance for ATM). Employee James is friendly, helpful, and kind, and very efficient at getting all customers through the line quickly. Open M-Th 9-4, Fr 9-6, Sa 9-1. Convenient bank along Route 9 for the Golden Triangle and Natick / Framingham area. -1 star for no drive-thru, but overall good bank. 4 stars.
