Transfer didnt go thru (I discovered next day) which created issue & rep didnt even apologize for his mistake. Cust serv must be very low pay & bank can't get employees who give a crap. Bank doesnt care either. They advertise "Legendary service", but that' a joke. Also savings account interest rates are the lowest of the low. We are moving our $ to another bank with 4x times the rate. Goodbye TD. You are not customer friendly on too many levels!

Local town personal touch with customers.., in the past years and especially today , it is impossible to get a person on the phone to ask a simple question !! Called 5-6 times and machine put me on hold each time for 6 to 8 minutes till I hung up .., last time I was on the phone with music for 40 minutes before I laughed and hung up .., I feel they have lost the personal tough that set them above the rest .., now it seems they are just another money taking bank .., over 30 loans , 9 accounts and kids accounts,.. not sure I have a reason to keep building them up like I have .., and maybe it's time to find a new young bank that puts quick response and a personal town feel back into my banking needs. I deposit checks for the elderly woman at Citizens Bank with no problem and cannot for the life of me understand why BoA wouldn't accept a deposit with correct paperwork and endorsement. Both teller and manager were brusk and unhelpful. I am encouraging the account holder to move her money to Citizens Bank and encourage others to avoid this branch and/or bank altogether.

They say they will send a form by email to close account and get funds, of course the form never comes. Call back - start over- another 45 minutes of total frustration - polite but useless. I only have under 4,000.00 in the account. But I imagine they must have a lot of funds that go unused, no way to access your funds. I have documented all calls and will file today. Including the made-up names of customer service personnel, Sparkle, really? I know I won't ever be able to access my funds but I can at least notify my previous employer and the SEC. This organization is a scam.

Instead, they require that you follow a long process to be reimbursed by check, which allows Avidia to keep your money longer. Quite questionable integrity.

Fully insured, so your money is never endangered. Personal and business accounts. EVERY service you need: There is a national ATM network, debit/credit/check/ATM card, free checking, unlimited checking transactions, free online banking, check images available, notary, etc etc!! Caring, competent, and nice management - (Nancy and Gertrude). When I wrote a check from the wrong account and overdrew it, I got a nice personal call from the manager letting me know, so I could straighten it out that same day, and avoid any more fees. We now have multiple free checking accounts there (free because I keep $500 in a savings account). We are in the process of moving all accounts from Bank of America, after a few months trial at Northern Bank - they are the winner.
