I've been having abdominal pain and when i…read morewas the office I explained i was 2 months late i also explained i had cysts before, she told me there was nothing she could do to find out what was causing the pain, refused to send me for a sonogram or any labs, i had to lie to get at least STD test done. I have been calling every day for weeks and the answering service can never help, the answering machine always says they're closed and to call back during business hours even though it's always business hrs. 3 weeks later and no results yet. However I did get the bill for the services. Oh and when i went to my PCP they did labs and turns out im pregnant. This practice sucks. And Dr. Kim just a waste of money

I had the worst experience with this practice. At first I was seen by Dr Davidson who was very calm…read moreand professional. When I got pregnant they started rotating me between doctors and nurses. On my 36 week, my water broke. I was admitted to Laurence general hospital. I was left in the labor room from 7pm till the next day 6pm where nurses were doing different things without even looking at my chart and until the heart beat of my baby got so high. They took me to the operation room for an emergency csection. By that time, they had to remove my epiderol and inject me with anesthesia. Sarah finch was the one leading the surgery. The baby was removed safely and I was moved to the recovery room. Almost two hours later I had a severe internal bleeding where biohazards boxes were filled with my blood. My color turned gray and my fever was up the sky along with a 170 heartbeat rate. My husband was screaming to call the OB so she can come back from her house. She said they wana remove my uterus. And they took me back to the operation room, I stayed more than four hours. She came out and informed my husband that I was lucky and they didn't remove my uterus. They had no valid justification for what happened. I lost almost 90% of my blood, I was moved to the ICU and had blood transfusions. I was after moved to tufts because none of the doctors at this practice tried to take care properly of me especially the doctor who was on duty Polysnki. To cut the story short, till now I dono what happened at the OR as the report received was changed and dictated 8 days after my operation, I'm so anemic and weak, I lost my milk and I was so close to death. Couldn't feed my daughter or hold her for the first time. Most importantly I lost the moment that we as women wait to hold our first baby and enjoy her. Don't go to that practice. They are unprofessional, rude, no follow up, they don't care at all. They just send you bills for their malpractice. If you as Andover OB always have the same problem while delivering women, you should go and look back into the doctors you hired!!! It's not us who have a medical problem, it's YOU because you are hiring unprofessional and incapable doctors.

He said "if what's going on with you is what I think, you need to go to a real hospital". "we can't help you". I left, drove myself home, and my wife brought me to Portsmouth hospital. Tens of thousands of dollars billed to my insurance and they are telling me I owe them $450. They did nothing, except get my name and insurance information. Stay away from the Plaistow ER. They are not a real ER and probably can't help you.

That one day you might really really need medical help and they reserve the right to tell you we will NOT help you...I regret ever being a patient after how I was just treated if I knew they could treat anybody that way I wouldn't have given them a cent...I would never have chosen them as my pcp. The office manager of the Windham location Lisa is a terrible human being. I had been trying to get…read morean appointment with my PCP and they had nothing until May 29th or the only other appointment in the whole practice for the month of May was 7:30pm Monday night with the only provider that i do not wish to see. I informed the receptionist that i would probably be needing a transfer of records because i needed an appointment before then. He was nice, i was nice, the conversation was nice. We ended it at that. This morning, I got a phone call with no prompting from Lisa, asking why I was upset over not seeing my PCP. I told her I was infact NOT upset. I just want to transfer records. She told me I needed to understand Windhams guidelines, and i need to know that my PCP has many other jobs, including the sleep clinic and acute care on weekends. She was not calling to know why I needed an appointment or how serious it was. She just had to say that if I expected to be seen when I wanted, maybe I should go to another practice. She also downgraded my severity of my situation, saying... well, if you did what we said back in April, maybe it wouldn't be this way. And... It mustn't be as bad as I'm making it out to be. We were both trying to speak, and she told me to close my mouth and let her finish a sentence. That's when I asked to speak with her manager, Janet. Lisa refused to transfer me, telling me I could call back and go through the call center. So I did! There was absolutely NO reason for her call, and there was absolutely nothing good that came out of it. I have spoken to her boss, Janet, who promptly got me in first thing next week. She also informed me that Lisa could infact have transferred me to her direct line. I am also waiting for a call back from the Director of Operations.
