Dr. Bansal and her staff are lovely to interact with. The Ortho, I have to say is a step above! We really liked her plan to align his jaw. His jaw was quickly squared and handsome; we saw his confidence grow. The results in his teeth and his facial profile are amazing! We could not be happier with the results. My oldest son has special need; they are so aware of his needs and kind with him; he trust them and has stress free visits. I would give them 10 stars!

After not being to the dentist for over a year I decided to give Brockton dentistry a try after my friend recommended me. Every single person in the office is super friendly, patient, positive, organize and quick at first. Every time I go in, I learn something new about my teeth Overall positive and clean environment with some broken machines. *Make sure you're on time* but they have a scam now. They will lie and tell you you missed your appointment and charge 50$ (read more below). They need to be reported and shut down by the city of Brockton. Be careful with your teeth if you tell them you're in pain they don't take it seriously. They make you feel like it's in your head. Edit: when I wrote the last review because manager asked me too and I felt pressured. Honestly they have no customer service especially the front desk people. The only person who did their job correctly was the HYGIENIST. She educated me and made me feel safe and comfortable. They filed my teeth without permission when I told them not to, their coworkers tend to flirt while doing your teeth, and they do not inform patients about their prices. They give you one price, you pay, the next visit you come to they tell you that you never paid the full amount and somehow it's the customer fault. They use a booklet to figure out their prices something about that seem outdated. When they wanted to clean my teeth for the first time they told me to hold the light machine and don't move. The light machine was heavy. I had to beg them to give me a machine that isn't broken and I had to go through 3 different people before they will switch me. *******The biggest scam they do is book your appointment, cancel it on their side, when you come in they tell you never scheduled you to come in today and have you reschedule the appointment. When you come into that appointment they(the manager) tell you that you missed your first appointment (that they cancelled) and you owe them 50$. They argue with you constantly and consistently. I love these people…read more First visit, one of the hygienists came out and was in a very happy-go-lucky mood. It brought me into a good mood as well! She told me something that made sense and something no other dentist had told me before. My mouth is small. When I take everything into consideration, I realized how right she was. Soon after she took care of me, I met Dr. Roberts. He was a gentleman from the start. I would come in with my backpack that I use and he would put it up on the hooks for me, pull it down for me, and even assured me that he wanted to do anything he could to make sure I was comfortable with their business there. He brought about a great first impression. I was checked out by Marsala, who is always in such a great mood too. My second visit, I saw Dr. Guerra. He examined what was going on with my mouth and claimed some of my crowding and health problems with my teeth were completely beyond my control and that without treatment, there was no way to properly take care of my teeth. My third visit, we started talking about extractions and possibly braces. The idea kind of freaked me out, but I went with it because I know for a fact I need them badly. My fourth visit, I came back and had the first tooth of four extracted. It didn't go bad at all. I am a person with high pain tolerance, but the idea of pulling teeth mentally freaked me out. Dr. Roberts numbed me up good and got it. My fifth visit, I had my braces put on by the orthodontist. Two days later and already see teeth moving. It's incredible. My sixth visit and the one I had most recent, I had three teeth extracted. The first two were easy, but the one I had that grew into my palette was painful. He tried Novocaine and all he could to remove any pain I was feeling. Unfortunately due to this tooth being on the bone, he couldn't fully numb it, but it was not his fault at all... he tried! .... He succeeded to numb it where he could and even though I felt the zing running through that tooth, he got it. Whenever I was in pain, he would stop to make sure I was okay. So here I am, awaiting to see the ortho in a little under two weeks. This place is great. I feel as though I've never been more comfortable with a dentist more so than I have been with Dr. Roberts and his staff. A+ all around. Give them a shot. Just don't steal my appointment times or Ill be mad. ;D

I was able to get a new patient appointment very quickly and that included a cleaning and new X-rays. Great service. Plenty of parking. Gentle touch! Very nice staff and an exceptionally clean facility. Nearly all patients are referrals from other patients. The team takes customer service seriously. 22FEB2022
