I absolutely love coming here (adulting achievement: loving your dental office). The waiting area is comfortable, bright, and clean, and the Office Managers, Brooke and Abigail, are warm, knowledgeable, and wonderful. I truly look forward to my visits here because my dental hygienist, Amanda, is amazing! She is personable, funny, and of course knowledgeable, teaching me things about dental hygiene that I either didn't already know or correcting misinformation - but she does it in a way that is light, casual, and non-judgemental. In my 3 years of being a patient, I haven't spent too much time with the doctors, but the small amount of time I have spent with Dr. Do has been nice as well. They have a parking lot, but if that's full there is street parking as well. I've never had an issue with parking. Also, their chairs are really comfortable and they have two TVs in each exam room: one in the corner of the room and one on the ceiling so you can watch something while you're getting your teeth cleaned. I just transferred here from another local dental group and I'm so happy I did. I had to get 3 cavities done today...and honestly, best dental experience ever. I had a lot of anxiety going into getting fillings done (due to prior fillings at other dental offices I had horrible experiences). They were great! They turned on the TV to help distract me, talked me through the steps, gave me topical numbing medication, and then gave me novocaine. I couldn't even feel the novocaine injection. And then next thing I knew it was done! The dentist and assistant were wonderful. Now I don't fear the dentist anymore. Happily recommend to everyone! read more

I was a new customer who called in for an appointment to address a cracked tooth, due to nighttime grinding. Service was spectacular! I was able to see Dr. Nguyen on Monday (after calling in on Saturday) who was not only able to diagnose my need for a crown, but also prep the tooth as well as redo another adjacent filling that same day! In addition, they accommodated my schedule by rushing the crown order so that it could be installed that same week on Friday. I have had dozens of dentists over the years and this was by far the most pleasant and convenient service I have ever received. I love everything about this office. From the doctors to the technicians to the front desk everyone is efficient and accommodating. They're very transparent about what they're doing what the cost will be no hidden costs like the last dentist I went to that would hit you up for two or three extra hundred dollars when you got to the front desk...none of that!! Very impressive from start to finish. Their front desk reception is simply spot on- friendly, informative, and on top of everything. Dr. Nguyen put in crowns on my front teeth and she did a spectacular job. She took her time to explain my options to me and after putting them in made absolutely sure that everything was perfect. Okay, so if you read my reviews I've had my share of dentists. I have to say this experience by far has been the best experience of any dentist to date. The staff Lexie, who took my xrays and assists the dentist is phenomenal. She made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted the television turned on. She made uncomfortable xrays a painless experience. When Dr. Barra came in he went over my treatment plan, tooth by tooth and explained everything thoroughly. He also expressed what I was told by another dentist, that the two crowns I recently had done were not fitted properly and there are gaps where decay and foot can set in. They both need to be replaced. The office manager Abby is simply the best office manager ever. I was in office management and know what it can be like dealing with so many people and personalities and she is always so pleasant to talk to. Each time I called asking pricing and appointment availability, I knew my needs were a priority. She worked her magic and got me in right away and when I needed to push back the appointment, she was not annoyed, she was pleasant and flexible. How refreshing to deal with such a kind, caring staff and dentist. I feel like today I was seriously blessed with a miracle. I am grateful to be a patient here. Side note: Oh and the dentist is cute and some women wouldn't want a cute dentist working on their mouth, drooling all over the place . Just letting you ladies know ahead of time. Definitely check this place out. It's beautiful inside. All modern and sleek styles with amenities you don't find at other dental offices. This is a "First Class" dental office with the best staff! I will start off by saying that I am pretty picky. I have been to multiple dentists before choosing to go to Advanced Mansfield Dental. I wasn't a fan of any of the others for various reasons. I have been going to AMD for a little while now and I have to say that I really like them. I have seen multiple dentists as well as hygienists and have liked them all.
