If only I'd read these reviews - of course they know you won't when you're dealing with an emergent…read moresituation. I used to wonder how restoration companies made such gaudy margins, but now I know! Here's a synopsis of the play they run when dealing with water damage in case you are a prospective customer or are considering implementing it at your place of business and looking for 'best' practices: 1. Get out to their home as fast as possible - you want the clock running on labor hours 2. Take careful measurements of the space and input into software to calculate quote and provide a verbal quote - don't show it to the customer so you can later claim it was a 'guess' - they're over a barrel (figuratively and sometimes literally), they'll say "yes, please start right away". 3. Do some of the work - the easy bits - leave as many air movers and dehumidifiers behind as you have on the truck - need to make our #s this month, those thing aren't earning $$$ on a shelf! Don't worry about FEMA drying guidelines for space and equipment counts - this customer doesn't know what those are, they'll pay up for whatever the insurer denies! 4. Make up some reason why you can't come back for a few days longer than initially communicated - IMPORTANT: Don't do the moisture monitoring, because that may show you didn't need the equipment there as long as you left it for (much harder to charge for it in this case). You'll just say you were too busy. 5. Go radio silent for weeks or months, then send a one-line invoice for ~50% more than initially quoted, only providing detail once they've all but staked out the building to ask for support such as detailed invoices or drying logs. 5a. IF they push back on increase, state something like "we thought you were self-pay" (is this just a textbook insurance fraud description?) 5b. IF they push back again, claim that you did the work properly, that your rates are 'industry standard' (absolute garbage - are they openly admitting to collusion?) 5c. IF they push back further, copy and paste messaging from prior emails to them or others (lots to work with) - they'll give in. Helpful to add lots of people to the e-mail chain. Allude to legal action, hope your customer is weary of a protracted legal battle. LOOP STEPS 5A - 5C UNTIL THEY GIVE IN OR THE SUN EXPLODES ABOVE ALL ELSE: Obfuscate like your life depends on it - return no calls, provide no written communication - above all else, never communicate with both the insurer and insured at the same time - you need them out of sync.

When they arrived, they asked me what I wanted to save or throw out. They were very polite, worked hard, and worked until it was dark. I leave this review because I felt compelled by the unfair negative reviews. Remember, this is a small business and they rely on people paying for the services they provide. This place has exceeded my expectations of what the perfect gym for a mom would be- I look forward…read moreto going here not only to work out, but to get some time for myself which is hard as a mother. The first time I went to a Mom's Village when they were renting out a studio, I didn't know what to expect but I had felt so isolated as a new mother and wanted to work on getting a piece of myself back. I was also nervous about leaving my daughter, who was only 1 at the time, with anyone but family. I gave it a chance anyway and I am so happy I did. Never once did I worry about my daughter being safe and cared for by the childcare at the Village. The fitness classes have always pushed me and given me the variety I like- offering barre, kickboxing, HIIT, yoga, among others. The instructors are always helpful with modifications, while making sure you are getting the challenge you want/need. To have the amenities to go take a shower in peace or sit in the mommy lounge to have a hot cup of coffee while socializing without any interruptions is priceless. The community that has been built by Steph, Cindy and Lindsey can not be beat- it's mom supporting moms and enjoying this time of our lives together. I am forever grateful to have found this place.

I do not want other parents to miss out on the opportunity to have your child go here. Any parent who must put their child in daycare is looking for a place to send their child for well-rounded child care, that means a place they can get as much love as they would get from home. This is the place I am telling you the truth. My son has been going here since he was 3 months old, he will graduate sometime in August, as he will then start kindergarten. Every teacher my son has had, has loved him beyond their pay grade. The love they have shown my son is priceless. Any time I had a concern, or a plan to address any obstacles my son has had it was always a team effort without hesitation. Sometimes they would come to me with their own ideas to help my son. They were always honest and It was all always only to help one person ....and that was my baby. It was always to help him grow and become his best self. As a parent we always feel we know what is best for our kids however, if you respect the craft of each teacher not just here but anywhere you take your child then you will humble yourself and give their suggestions a try. Its the wise thing to do. The bottom line is they are your child's team, they LOVE each child that walks through that door. They KNOW each individual child and their quirks. I mean if you must put your child in day care what more could you ask for. I am forever grateful, could never fully express my gratitude and no amount of money can repay each teacher who has helped raise my child and given me piece of mind M-F 9-5 every week for 4.5 years now.
