I've gone there for at least ten years. Dr. Smith is awesome and very gentle. You will never fear the dentist again!

From the front office to the Doctor this place is truly the best dental practice in Bryant. I have…read morenever had such good cleaning like I did with Amy! They have a forever patient now. And I have no dental insurance and have to pay out of pocket and the prices aren't unreasonable.

I had multiple very old crowns so I told him I wanted to put all new crowns on top so they would all match, he put on a total of 18 crowns. 1) he nor his assistant ever discussed shades or colors with me, she just placed the order with the lab. Permanent crowns came back, and my teeth didn't touch, I couldn't even chew, I voiced my concerns "his assistant" said Oh, your brain will adjust.. WHAT!! I don't think so, I discussed my concerns with Dr O. He removed the crowns and sent off of new crowns.. I was of course excited to get my new smile, I asked to see them and color, his office manager said oh no we want it to be a "surprise", well, it was a great surprise, I hated the color and shade..I discussed my concerns with Dr O, he said if we had put whiter and brighter they would look "fake"... hello.... I'm paying big $$$ for these crowns "let me make that choice".. his assistant told me "we" always choose this color and shade for this kind of work.... I cried and still cry every time I look in the mirror.. My husband and I went back to speak to him in his office about my concerns..he seemed shocked at my concerns, we left his office, he told His office manager to schedule him 3 hours with me, I'm assuming to remove crowns and replace, I never got the call to schedule that appointment. I've been several times since that day to have crowns reseated due to them falling off. And never a question about that 3 hour appointment. I started having horrible tooth pain, I went back he said I needed a root canal, well with a "very long" story short, that was the 1st of 10 root canals and 1 extraction. I had such horrible pain before the root canal, my husband called their emergency # with No Return call back from them.. No concern calls, are you ok calls.. Nothing!! So needless too say this has been a very LONG and expensive year for more dental work (root canals and an extraction) The stress has been horrendous, I have lost a lot of my hair due to this stress.... ‍ So please do your research and go to the "Professionals" for this type of major work...they don't charge anymore $ Go to the Best! The girls that he has working for him "run his office"... Fast forward 23 months. I'm still having problems, I've had to have yet another root canal (13 total ), 3 extractions, and surgery on my gums, due to inflammation around "Every Crown". Because "his assistant" (Not Dr Ouellette) placed the crowns. I've been told by 2 other dentist that is against the law.. (Dentist has to place each crown) So I'm still having problems (more root canals, laser treatments due to inflammation around each crown. And 13 crowns due too improperly preparing the teeth for the crowns. 2 other dentist told me Dr Ouelettes "assistant" when placing the crowns she pushed some crowns up above the margin, and some crowns not far enough, leaving space for cavities to form. And those wrong placements have caused all the inflammation. It's been ongoing after 23 LONG Months This is updated 05/2026 I just had to have two more root canals in the last 3 weeks.
