That was all OK but I felt a little unsafe with the speed he was driving on rain soaked roads. He had a friendly, very caring attitude, asking all passengers if they were comfortable and giving us timely updates, not to mention his careful driving. Instead, I was met with the grumpiest old man behind the counter who couldn't have been more rude if he tried. He was flat-out disrespectful, talking down to me, and asking an endless amount of pointless questions that had nothing to do with simply renting a car. It felt like he went out of his way to make the process miserable. If this is how they treat paying customers, I don't know how this place is still in business.
