They got me in quickly and helped me out, they are very friendly people and work with customers with no insurance.

Dr Strand and staff were amazing. I'm a dentist so I know how to critique dental work, these guys…read moreknocked it out of the park. Painless injection, made sure I was comfortable, they were quick, and the root canal was textbook work. Highly recommend!

I had to have a re-treatment done on an old, failed root canal (I've had 5 different root canals,…read moreand I've moved a lot, so I can't even tell you when or who did it, sorry). Anyway, I got an evaluation at a different Endo office in Tulsa and they left me feeling completely NOT confident this re-treatment would be successful. I remembered having gone to BA Endo in 2020 and how great they did, so I asked them to re-evaluate. They KNOW what they're talking about and set accurate and realistic expectations with their patients. I chose to have them do the re-treatment and it was a great decision. Because there was so much infection in the tooth, they couldn't get it all done in one day, but I go back next week to finish up the easy part and I honestly did not have ANY pain after at all, and I'm still feeling fine 3 days later. I'm super thankful. Dr. Strand was funny and kind and I have so much confidence in him. And the dental hygienists who stayed with me the whole time felt like an old friend. Also, their office is BEAUTIFUL (adobe/New Mexico decor... super calming). I hope I don't have to have more root canals in my life but if I do, I'm only ever going here.

Office staff and doctor are disrespectful, dismissive and rude. Absolutely horrible experience!…read more The doctor and his staff also gaslight to order unnecessary testing as was mentioned in another review. DO NOT waste your time or money!!!! I will fly to another state before I return here. Updated procedures and practices are no replacement for common decency!

I had the worst experience with this dentist. I don't know if it is related but both of my parents…read morehave also had terrible experiences with the other dentist at this office. I went in for a root canal. I was told the cost and then half way through I was told that it was too far gone to get a root canal and that we would have to do something else. Because I was not comfortable making an uninformed dental choice without someone to talk to me about cost and options while my mouth was propped open I asked to talk it over with my mother. He then told me that because we had waited so long for my mother to arrive he would no longer be able to extract the tooth. But he still charged me the same amount as he would have for the root canal. My parents and another friend of ours all had similar problems with the other dentist saying that there was a tooth that would have to be taken out. When they went to other dentists they were told it was fine and not as bad as he had said. In general their practices make me think that they get you in for emergency work only to force you to make an immediate decision so that you will have to come back for followup work.
