I had never been seen before but had an emergency after hours. I called, left message. Received a text minutes later letting me know they were closed but I would receive a call when they open. I actually got the call almost 20 minutes before they opened. They offered me an early morning appointment but told me that would be just to assess the situation. If I wanted to be seen and treated at the same time, I come at 1 o'clock that day. The service was fabulous from front desk to the technician to the dentist herself! read more

Terrible experience. I went in with an infection that was causing extreme pain, and they simply referred me out and refused to provide anything for pain. The dentist even flat out lied to me about her prescribing privileges. You are much better off looking elsewhere for care. read more

The care was great and very professional. While I understand the importance of confirming an appt, I do not like the canceling of an appt if a response is not made via text or phone. I drove 1.5 hours not realizing that I would be met with a canceled appt. I learned my lesson but I believe if I make an appt. and I arrive at said appt, I should be seen. If I don't show I should be expected to pay the office cost of my no show without adequate notice to the office. read more

Today was my first visit to Sallisaw Dental Care, & I'm a new happy patient! Shay was my dental hygienist, and she is WONDERFUL! She took her time during my cleaning & did a very thorough job, while explaining what she was doing every step of the way. She was also great about asking if I was comfortable & gave me plenty of breaks to rinse. I was very pleased with the rest of the staff, including the Doctors. I met Dr. Gray today & she is also wonderful. The facilities are clean & the equipment is new & modern. I'm happy to have chosen this dental clinic & am actually looking forward to my next cleaning! The absolute best dentist. We moved to Oklahoma from California and found a dentist in Fort Smith, AR for our children and saw another dentist for myself and husband. However, after finding Dr. Gray's practice, we now have a facility that sees both children and adults plus orthodontics. Also, one of our children is on the spectrum and Dr. Gray was amazing with him. Our grandparents are in their 80's and Dr. Dotson has made house visits to help adjust their dentures before, just great customer service for their patients. read more

I'm one of those forty year olds that had a bad experience at a young age which caused me to neglect my dental health. Now.....well, I've got some work that needs to be done. EVERYONE at this office CARES about making you comfortable. They calm your fears and take time to explain everything in great detail. Friendly faces all around. One tooth pulled, one cleaning, and one crown down! Still a little anxious but I definitely wouldn't be as comfortable anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys do! read more

Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.
