I saw Dr. Waterman, who was thorough and friendly. She explained treatment options and made recommendations. She ran a test while I was there in the office. She took a lot of time with me and was patient. The staff were friendly. Dr. Waterman's assistant called me to let me know about snafu with two of my prescriptions and offered affordable options. She went above and beyond to get me the medication that I needed at a decent price. After two weeks my problem disappeared and I was back to normal. I was really impressed when I called the office and was greeted by a human voice that was in the office. She was able to relay a message from me to Dr. Waterman. The office accepted my insurance without any issues. The clinic also offers a full range of skin enhancements that people might want. I can't comment on those procedures, except to say that the waiting room was filled with people. The office is upscale modern, but not over the top. Parking is limited in their private lot. I won't hesitate to return.

This was an awesome choice. Dr. Gerstein's team set up an appointment within a week and were super easy to call and schedule with. The actual office is called Meridian Dermatology. Dr. Gerstein himself was super down to earth, relatable and smart. I had a long list of questions and he was able to answer all of them in simple, understandable ways. I'd done a lot of research on skincare as well, and he was able to debunk and explain every topic I brought up. He didn't seem to be in a rush and was super open and honest. He had a student helping him and she was super sweet and also very smart too. He let her step in and explain a few things and it was clear that she knew her info. They gave me incredible advice and wanted a follow up appointment in a month. In the past, I've felt like some doctors just prescribe pills every time you have a question or problem. Dr. Gerstein did prescribe medication, but we went back and forth about possible solutions and which path is best, etc. I feel really good about the plan we decided on and completely trust him. Thankful!!!

We were able to find a time in between my work appointments to fit me in which was great. The waiting room time was short, and the visit with the doctor was quick but effective. I didn't feel rushed but was happy to get time back in my day. An odd thing is that they do not take credit cards, but they do take Zelle, Venmo and cash. Either way you can opt to have the bill sent home with you if you like. All in all a good experience, would recommend for your skin needs.

Even prior to my visit, I received excellent care. I wasn't able to answer their call to set an appointment since I was in a meeting, the office left a message saying this would be the only call to me. Of course I didn't call back the same day since I get side tracked easily, so they did call me again 2 days later and we set an appointment. I was told that I would receive a paperwork package prior to my visit. I did receive it and it was extensive, lots of information to fill out. On the other hand, when my appointment time came, I was immediately greeted, asked for my paperwork package and my insurance card. She verified my name, address, birthday and such. Took all but a minute. Then I was invited to have a seat and wait to be called, which happened in less than 2 minutes. I was led to one of the little exam rooms and prepared myself for a wait, but nope, the doc was there before I could even take out my phone to play a game. The exam chair is a bit lower than you may be used to since the physician uses a wheelchair. Also all the doors are sliding doors, pretty cool actually. Anyway, Dr. Bridge is a very friendly, thorough, knowledgable man and most importantly patient, because I tend to be a hot mess when at a medical facility. He managed to answer all my quesations, examine every weird spot on my body that I could come up with and was awfully quick to ice off a couple of them. Did it all with a smile on his face. Kudos. A prescription was ordered and I actually had an alert about my new prescription from my pharmacy before I made it out the office. I didn't have to wait on check out, I was told the office had all the information they needed. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes and was amazed. This office runs like a very well oiled machine and the doc himself is great.

She's one of those "to be early is to be on time" types of people which I TOTALLY LOVE. We walk into the room and the lights are low and and there is a comfy bed waiting for me. I take my shoes off and lay down on what feels like a plushy-pillow top slice of heaven. Nothing like using your lunch break from work to get a facial and relax - RIGHT?? There were many steps in the facial process ... from deep cleansing to moisturizing. Danielle does a great job of getting to know your skin type/needs/concerns before she begins. My facial was tailored to treat my rosacea. Danielle was great to chat with and I also appreciated the periods of relaxing silence. She also made sure to explain everything she did and the science behind all of the products she used. Being a scientist myself - I truly appreciate it. When I first saw my face after the facial was complete .. I barely recognized it. My skin was plump, soft, youthful and ... NOT NEARLY AS RED! I'd say I had about a 50% reduction in the redness. I've struggled with rosacea for the past couple of years and only recently has it become a big problem. Prescription creams and antibiotics are the typical solutions to control rosacea (since its not curable) but going to a medical Aesthetician to really work with my skin and help to reduce the inflammation was exactly what I wanted and needed. Danielle has been practicing for 13 years and she's absolutely wonderful. She's sensitive to your concerns and makes sure to never pressure you into purchasing products and whatnot. Danielle also sent me off with a bit of homework...she also makes it a point to emphasize how important the "home care routine" is. She gave me a lot of wonderful guidance on how to maintain healthy (and less red) skin between appointments!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office…read more The scheduling staff has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational when I have called. Unfortunately, that same lack of professionalism carried over to my most recent appointment. I drove approximately 50 minutes to the office and arranged childcare for my three young children so I could have a concerning skin lesion evaluated. Due to unexpected traffic, I arrived 9 minutes late. Upon arrival, I was told that the doctor had already left and that I could not be seen. She didn't even offer to reschedule my appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that the lesion I needed evaluated has doubled in size over the last 10 months. I also have a history that places me at higher risk for skin cancer, making timely dermatologic evaluation particularly important. I understand that offices need policies regarding late arrivals, but having a physician leave before a patient who is only 9 minutes late arrives--after that patient has traveled nearly an hour and arranged childcare--shows a lack of flexibility, compassion, and concern for patient care. Patients dealing with potentially serious skin concerns deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this office.
