The first hint of this was charging for services that were NEVER delivered...I think it was $110. I did catch their overbilling. A few months later when I was undersedation, they demanded that my wife pay them $3500 immediately. Then a few weeks later, said "oh you owe us $344 more" The office them gave me a "estimated" cost of more work. Their answer was $28,800 which the insurer would pay $600.(we already paid them $6000 for 2024) At that point I asked the dentist if he was insane. One other instance was with my daughter in law. Dr George did the appointment, with other staff to look at my bumps and make that skin had any other suspicious cancer issues, which Dr George checked all over and all were normal items! On December 5th, Doctor George removed the largest bump removed. The 2nd bump was removed in their Lewis Center office, the 3rd and last bump was removed in their Mount Vernon office, taking all stitches out from the largest bump. He used dissolving stitches on the smaller bump. They also gave me a copy of the lab from the bumps that everything was Benign, Another friend referred me to Dr George.

Most recently though and this is what prompted me to write the review, the team at Trillium Creek went beyond the normal standard of care. I went to the wrong office by mistake at my appointment time. Although they could have just charged me for a missed visit and had me reschedule, instead they made sure that I was seen by the doctor at that location and treated me, despite the fact the error was mine. Finally, some reviewers mentioned not being able to get same day appointments. They now have online scheduling which allows you to see the full schedule of any and all practitioners available on a given day.

Completely unprofessional…read more This happened on Thursday, I wrote my original review on Friday after I had general anesthesia for wisdom teeth removal, and now that the grogginess and pain has subsided, I've edited my review to be more concise/readable, provide screenshots rather than type out the conversation, and add more detail as she threatened me with legal action: I had an appointment at 3:30pm, got there at 3:36 (mistyped it in one of the texts, but you can see this from the first time stamp). I texted, rang the doorbell, and called, no answer. See the screenshot for when she finally responded, you can judge for yourself if it was unprofessional. There is also another screenshot showing my iPhone significant locations for the time I arrived to that area (3:35). She put me down as a no show (not sure if there's a fee associated) and said she was going to send me a Cease and Desist for slander after I posted this review. I wonder how many people she has said that to and they deleted their review because they didn't have the resources to deal with that. Aside from that, what happened to grace periods? It's standard practice across the US for that to be anywhere from 10-20 minutes. And she commented on this Yelp review that she can't put her life on hold? I was 6 minutes late, but even if I was 11 minutes late like she claims, her reaction would still be unprofessional...so I'm not really sure what she's defending. If you Google it for beauty appointments, the most common answer to pop up is 15 minutes. They don't just leave because the client didn't show up the exact minute their appointment time was (as her texts sound). They're running a business. And finally, what happened to being understanding (or at the very least, not rude) to repeat clients that have been more than understanding for your situations? The appointment I had before this one, I was on time and she had me waiting well over 6 minutes as she was doing her sister's lashes in the back and was flustered getting everything together for my appointment. Although I've been trying to practice asking before I entered any establishment due to COVID, the main reason I had texted her first was because of that situation. As per her response, she's completely ignored that to fit her narrative. Clearly, she wasn't there when I texted 6 minutes after my appointment time either. And she didn't respond at all until 3:57. I wonder if she was even there at my appointment time and is trying to play the victim for her mistake. In the past, she's cancelled on me the day of an appointment. Yes, she said it was because of a power outage, but I've had people who went through that here offer discounts for the last-minute inconvenience, to come to my house, or still do the appointment with back up lighting they had. I was okay with being offered none of that because I know it's hard to run a business and not everyone has the resources to offer that, but why does she expect clients to have basic understanding when she doesn't reciprocate? In this situation, if she had texted me that she couldn't wait or responded to my texts politely, I would've gladly paid any late fees and continued giving her my business, but that is not the case. There are plenty of other people who do great brow work in the area, the hassle of working with Jessica as a person is not worth it. Support businesses who value you as a customer y'all. Check out Brows and Winks, she's right across the street, offers brows, lash, and waxing services, is always professional, and quite the pleasure.
