After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

I asked for a chin length bob (which was not that different from the shoulder length bob I started with) and ended up with eye-length swooping bangs and a mullet. During the cut, I worried because he was pulling large chunks of hair and cutting straight across. However, I am not a stylist and thought that maybe he had a method I'd never seen. He also kept theatrically spinning the scissors dangerously close to my eyes. It was unnecessary and made me nervous. The worst part was that absolutely nothing lined up or made sense--the back had long strands hanging down, the sides were uneven, and the layers were weirdly short and chunky. I tried to be positive as I left the salon but ended up in tears before I got home. I've never cried about a haircut, but this was absolutely terrible. I truly do not know how this salon stays in business. The stylist who fixed it asked if the original stylist was under the influence because it was so uneven and the technique was incomprehensible. I do not enjoy trashing a local salon, but the reviews do not accurately represent my experience, and I feel compelled to speak up.
