After being a customer for over 10 years and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I found it unbelievable that they wouldn't cover a $10 fee. I disputed the charge, and PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a full refund. At that point, I decided I would no longer shop with Sam's. Fast forward to February 2026: I received a coupon due to account inactivity and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. On 2/9/26, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended due to the PayPal case from August. I was shocked and disgusted by this retaliatory response. After years of loyalty, I now have nothing positive to say about this company. I strongly caution others against spending their money here. Please consider supporting local or Black-owned businesses instead.

I stopped by the store around 4:15 PM, and by 4:18 PM, I was walking out with a hassle-free exchange and a brand-new bottle!
