This store's customer service is steadily going down. No wonder Walgreens is closing stores…read more Their pharmacy is understaffed. I used to be able to pick up my monthly meds at once. Maximum 2 visits a month. Now due to their ineptitude all my meds are out of sync and I have to go to 2 different locations for same meds, multiple times monthly. You get texts that your meds are ready, but they're not. I've literally waited an extra day or two to avoid longer waits. Only to watch the cashier go over to pharmacists and they fill it visibly on the mirrors. Or they tell you to wait. The pharmacist will walk away from a line 10 people deep to service the "clinic". Progressively getting worse. I'm switching to mail order service because the staff has gotten grossly inept.

This store is my default Walgreens and closest to my home.   I've used it regularly over the years…read moremainly for photo prints and always when there's a photo promo. It's an ok store and the employees have all been fine.  Every now and then they forget to crop the edge of the photo paper so I always check my orders before leaving.  All Walgreens have a great Senior's Day promo (for age 55+) which is 20% off on everything (except food and liquor) on the first Tuesday of every month.   That's a good once-per-month deal.   I've found the lines can come and go in waves here.  An Indian lady named Roshni is often the cashier up front when I visit and she is quite courteous and efficient.  We don't usually buy anything here unless it's an emergency or it's on sale as their prices are generally highish.  I haven't used the pharmacy much as we use mail order but when we have it's been a routine experience.   I haven't used their pharmacy drive through.   Their parking lot is convenient and is located by a light so it's a quick and safe exit back out to Miner St.  Walgreens is going private so we'll see what if anything that means for us consumers in the upcoming months.

Yesterday I met MaryAnn and what was different about her was that she asked me questions about my skin, talked to me so I felt really comfortable, and suggested the right products for my face. When I went home and put the makeup on I was in awe. The issues I've been having with my last makeup routine were solved. My makeup literally hasn't looked this good in a while, I couldn't stop raving about how much MaryAnn helped me find skincare and hair products as well to everyone. I have NEVER experienced this type of service the 16yrs that I have been coming to this location. MaryAnn is absolutely wonderful and I will be continuing to tell all of my friends about how knowledgeable she is about her craft.

Staff is so nice and though there was issue with their POS going down, they held my order and gave me so much wonderful information about their products.

She went through everything from how to line my eyes, use of shadow depending on my mood, and even getting rid of my chapped lips. With every consultation, she gives her clients a free eyebrow shaping, which worked out well because I was long overdue! Cynde took me about fifteen minutes late for my appointment, which I really didn't mind, especially because she ran well over the one hour time slot making sure she went over different looks and perfecting my makeover. While she has her own makeup line available for sale, I explained my current financial situation and she didn't pressure me to buy anything, which was much appreciated. I did buy a couple things (it was my birthday after all) and I love her cream eyeshadow that I use as a base to keep powder shadow put, a lip pumice, and a lip gloss - all of which I love. While I am sure there are other places where you can do something like this, I have yet to come across them. I was planning on watching a couple Youtube videos to get some new ideas, but it was so much more fun to have a lesson custom for your face and color palate. I will definitely be back for a few other things once I have some spare cash. BONUS: When my boyfriend saw me later that night, he thought I looked like a total babe. Nice!
