I see Libby for lash extensions and cannot sing her praises enough. Every 2-3 weeks, she ensures that my lashes are on point and I am not sure how I could ever live without them now! I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I have never had extensions last as long as they do since I have been seeing her- another huge bonus! I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! The practice itself is very clean and tranquil and the staff is great about fitting me in for appointments and returning phone calls in a prompt manner. Terrible experience! One time, I had Botox injections and weeks later I noticed it didn't work…read more When I called, they said I received a bad batch and that others had complained as well. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!

Salerno insisted the tooth was in danger and that only dental surgery could save it. So I had a root canal(!) and part of my healthy gum cut off. Then, IMMEDIATELY after the final surgery, Salerno said I would lose the tooth soon anyways and that it wouldn't be long before it happened. So all those needles surgeries just so he could make some quick cash. Disgrace.

My root canal was four months old because the previous dentist was unable to fit a crown which she had twice sent out to the lab to create the customized crown , but both times the crown could not fit right in my mouth . I was feeling pretty defeated as my recent root canal procedure was pricey and the tooth was literally getting reinfected since a temporary nor a permanent crown could be fitted . After the second time I realized I would have to seek out a different dentist . I chose Dr Solerno because of his office ability to create in-house crowns and felt this would make it easier for them to tweak one on! Boy was I right about my psychic impression !!
