I left salon believing it did until I arrived home and saw the brassy color. I went back to the salon the next opening day and Eddie agreeded he saw what I saw. i was told easy fix and he would call me he had a client. I called several times in the past month getting the same answer. It's now been over a month, without any call from AN OWNER no less! Apparently he had no intention of doing the right thing. Erica is a good stylist but I don't think the right one for some people…read more She likes layers. A lot. And blending with thinning shears. She is good at layers if you like that. However, no matter how many times I asked her to give me a blunt cut, there was always some level of layering that was unnecessary. And for 6 months I kept telling her I wanted a shorter bob. Even bringing in pictures of myself with the same haircut. She would always keep it 5-6 inches longer than I asked. So that was extremely frustrating. I even went back once after a cut to have her do the blunt cut and several inches shorter that I originally asked for. She still put layers and kept it longer. And the blending shears wreck complete havoc on my hair. It takes months to recover from the split ends. I think if you are into the current hair trends, layers, wolf cuts, Erica is absolutely who you should go to. If you have a style that you know works for your hair, especially if it's a plain old boring blunt cut...this may not be the place for you.

On both July 20 and 21, 2025, we went here for some items we needed. One side of the entry doors remained blocked both visits. I was always the first to greet employees. Nonetheless, I'm always grateful that Walgreens has their own private label that sells cheaper OTC (over-the-counter) drugs.

I have been running all over town trying to pick up my prescriptions, and I still don't have them…read moreboth. The Walgreens closest to my end of town just texted me that they received my prescription, nothing else. The next day (yesterday) I went to pick it up, only to find out they were closed for the 4th of July. I went back today only to find that the pharmacy has at some point started closing on weekends, but I could drive out to another Walgreens across town and get it. I did, and after waiting forever they told me they only had one of them, but I could get the other at yet a third location. So here I went across town again, only to be told that no, they didn't have it. I'm changing pharmacies, and I'm telling all my friends. They're all also old with multiple prescriptions. Walmart corp. lost money last year -- maybe they should cut their CEO's salary and reinvest in their stores. In the meantime, they'll get no more business from me.

I have found my favorite barber shop in Hot Springs! I travel through several times a year, and…read moreafter this first visit to Ye Olde I think I'll be stoping in for a trim every trip. The shop and its decor match its name - nothing fancy but definitely a hint of ancient. There were two barbers when I visited. The male barber had great style and an exquisite beard that immediately inspired confidence in the place. He didn't say much while I was there, but both gentlemen who i watched leave his barbers chair were sporting the fresh look you hope for when leaving the barbershop. The lady barber was available when I walked in and I was immediately greeted warmly and seated in her chair. I think her name was Amanda. She did a great job. She did exactly what I wanted with my beard. She nicked me a bit shaving but that was the ONLY flaw in the whole experience. I looked GREAT leaving the place and everyone liked my beard trim. She charged me very little but since she spent a lot of time getting the beard just right, offering to trim my eyebrows, and giving me a shave I was glad to double what she asked for.
