I've been a Sally's shopper for a long time as I've been doing my own hair forever. Mainly more on than off. I used to go to one of their stores nearer to my house, but they closed that branch. So now it's whichever one I'm close to or nearer. Since the guy that used to do my highlights moved to northern Florida, I've been having fun experimenting. But there's still a couple of their generic products (leave in conditioner etc) that I still use. Last year, I stocked up on those by ordering online. But now I needed a couple minor items replaced - not enough to make an order -- so I decided to stop by here before an Aldi run. The gal was quite helpful. I am looking for a new razor/trimmer and I stopped at Sally to see what they had....being my first time here, I decided to check out the store as well...they have a large selection of shampoos and hair treatment products...lost of items for a barber or hairdresser like capes, scissors, hair color, etc. The section for razors was fairly well stocked....I did some price comparison while there and I found the prices a bit high. The men's grooming section is small but also well stocked. Nice lady at the counter was friendly as I walked in and very helpful. TLDR: I was in and out, very pleased. ___ This was super quick and easy. I came in on a quiet Sunday morning to get some new clippers. I like to trim by beard and head at home to look crispy, but my old clippers were showing their age. They weren't cutting as crisp, they were getting louder and well admittedly I've dropped it a few times. Time for a new set. Luckily the Clippers I like were on sale. Score. The staff was friendly. They were cashing people out quickly and a line with a few people in was just a few minutes wait. Will check them out again when I need a new pair of clippers. read more

I struggle writing this review because the sales associate was helpful in assisting us find the products we needed along with suggesting add-on items without being too pushy. This was an improvement from the last time I visited this location. However, aside from that, I was not pleased with their new couponing system and while this is more towards corporate for setting such boundaries I was hoping that the store would be willing to work with us and honor the print coupon. Full disclosure the coupon had expired a couple days prior--however there is a bit more to that which I'd rather not delve into with this review since it occurred at another location outside of FL. In the end we were satisfied with the friendliness of the staff who were apologetic for not being able to assist further but a bit disappointed that corporate does not arm their locations with the tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service. read more

I went here to find a specific hair tie I needed. Well I wasn't greeted. Which is ok. Not many places do anymore. I went to the hair accessory isle. It was blocked by 2 ladies. One employee and a customer. I said excuse me. They just looked at me. So I had to grab the item from the corner of the isle. Not easy. They still never moved to let me look. I went to ask another employee. But I never got a chance to. She immediately said no. We are out. Wow. It wouldn't have been a problem. Except for she never looked at what I had. Went in today and bought $60 worth of stuff like I always do even got a free gift cause I'm such a good customer and when I got home looked in bag and my $7.99 earrings weren't there when I called the young lady that helped said come back with receipt we'll make it right. When I got there her manager Natasha stopped her and rudely said we'll check camera tomorrow and let her know and when I was there the first time she stood there gave her number to a man talked to him about drugs and his many girls while I needed help. She even told him let's go outside. She was so unprofessional and was too distracted obviously to see if I got my ear rings or not. I would have never driven 20 mins back to pay for them again when I was told it would be ok w receipt. Because of Natasha me or any of my family will ever use this location. The girl with the red hair she be manager only one that was working. Find men in other places then your work place and read the room we were all in shock of your conversation with that man! I visited this store in February 2021. One staff member was too young but provided that good customer service. The other female staff member considerably older was very rude to everyone. Her tone of voice was more as a police officer directing traffic. She had two negative conversations with two different customers while I was there shopping. A convenient stop located in a CVS/Staples shopping center where you can pick up all of those little supplies for manis, pedis, hair care and color. It's a small, well-organized store in the neighborhood. read more

Although this is pretty much like your standard Sally Beauty Supply this one (maybe it's the location) seems a bit more chaotic and unorganized than the others I have been to. It seems like there is a bit of confusion as people are checking out (perhaps the have new staff frequently). The store does have a plethora of skin care, hair care, makeup etc... and the prices are great. Plus they have a loyalty program. read more

5 years ago I stopped using this Sally's because of their very rude behavior. Today I walked in explained to the young lady what I needed as we were walking to get my items another customer asked for her help. note the other employee was on the same aisle but the lady that was helping me, stopped and provided assistance to the other customer as I was standing there. okay I'll be a little patient I said to myself, I wait. Now I'm in the middle of telling her what I need she's helping me select products so that I can lighten my hair. The other customer interrupted to ask more questions again she stops goes over to help the other customer and I said "but I'm not finished" I thought she didn't hear me so I said it again louder she just looked at me and kept helping the other customer. When we went in we were not greeted. I am used to the other one I go to where I have a friendly face welcoming me. It took forever to get one of the girls stocking merchandise to acknowledge me and help me. I grabbed what I needed. Then at the register the man that rang me up was helpful. I forgot to give him my coupon and he reversed the transaction and did it again so I could get the discount! That was nice of him. For him I give it an extra star! read more
