I asked if it would be possible for me to grab my order off the shelf since it was just one item and I could bring it to the counter to which he replied yes but that it would "take a while." So I say okay that's no problem, I can wait. I grab my item off the shelf and come back to wait in line. Not even 5 minutes later, another employee comes to help and I explain to her that I'm here for an online order that's not ready yet but that the guy that helped me out at the front allowed me to grab my item and come back to wait and get it scanned. She looks back at him, he gives her that look like we're being such an inconvenience as if he didn't say it was okay for me to grab my item and wait in line. She then asks who I'm assuming is her manager or higher up if they can check orders out before they're "ready" and her higher up hesitates for the longest time to say yes, at that point it's clear they just don't want to help me. The guy could've just told me I'd have to wait to get sent confirmation that my order was ready. I've never had such a weird experience at any place. In fact this is probably my first real review ever but I've lived my whole life in SLO and I've gone to this Ulta countless times, this is the first bad experience I have with them. It's crazy how low standards have gotten when it comes to hiring people.
