She looks back at him, he gives her that look like we're being such an inconvenience as if he didn't say it was okay for me to grab my item and wait in line. She then asks who I'm assuming is her manager or higher up if they can check orders out before they're "ready" and her higher up hesitates for the longest time to say yes, at that point it's clear they just don't want to help me. The guy could've just told me I'd have to wait to get sent confirmation that my order was ready. I've never had such a weird experience at any place. In fact this is probably my first real review ever but I've lived my whole life in SLO and I've gone to this Ulta countless times, this is the first bad experience I have with them.
