No reason. No sorry. Just a rude scream. I heard her minutes later tell another woman, "All I can do is apologize" as if she's said it a million times, with zero sincerity, making me think she said something rude to that woman as well. Alas, 20 minutes later, the fitting room was still not open. In addition to that, nothing seems to be organized in a thoughtful way. Where you expect things to be, they're not there. When I've ordered online and gone to pick things up, it's an easy process so long as there's actually someone at the counter to get your stuff. The people at the registers are usually always nice.

I waited and waited and waited and no one even attempted to try to give me any assistance. The owner along with another employee was standing behind the register doing absolutely nothing.
