However the staff is not very attentive and not very informed on products and specials. In my most recent experience today I arrived at the location at 9:07 am. They open at 8:30 am on Saturdays. When I walked to the door the lights were on but it was locked with a sign that said "be right back, thank you". I waited bc I had no choice, today is prom and I needed to stick up on bobby pins. 25 minutes later the employee arrived back to unlock the door. I am a stylist, my time is important. I arrived at work last bc of this. It was inexcusable. If you are in the retail business you need to have someone at your location to assist customers the hours you state you are open.
