I totally understand mistakes happen. I called and they told me to bring the receipt in to get the gloss. After waiting for quite some time a lady came out clearly annoyed, walking aggressive and just rude. . She handed me a bag and walked away immediately. I asked the very sweet cashier to please call her back up as I wanted the lip gloss (I was supposed to receive both) She came back more annoyed and straight up said "I don't know what you want me to do". It's perfectly fine that are out, it was the lack of customer service, treating me like I was an imposition and honestly straight up rude. I know she could have offered something else, or even a simple apology. I really hope she doesn't treat her staff or other customers the way she treated me. I'm actually really sad because are I've always loved Ulta. I'm not for here, I flew from AZ my luggage was left behind so I had to purchase all new product + clothes. I also had $50 in electronic gift cards that their register wasn't accepting. The cashier gave me an 800 # to call & said that they've had this issue before & that I could always come back with my products & "return them" & they would ring them back up so I could use my $50 GC but I live in Vegas & was leaving NH the next day. I found the cosmetics department to be not very well organized and definitely in need of a merchandiser to organize and display the merchandise. But I decided to stay and look around because from the first couple of things I saw I could see that even though the place was cluttered they do have some nice stuff. I even saw a couple of things from higher end brands like I would see in Lord and Taylor. I ended up seeing a couple of nail polish sets and a cosmetic brush cleaner so that is what I bought. I was over at Ulta which is located in the same shopping center and I noticed this Five Below location so I figured I'd go in there and see what they had for beauty products. I found some nice skincare products, cosmetics, some very nice eyeshadow palettes, brushes, beauty tools and more. Everything was reasonably priced, being five dollars or under. I also saw some umbrellas there so I grabbed one. The staff was very nice and all of the products were well organized. I will go back there again on my next trip to New Hampshire.
