There are things I mentioned that work for my hair. I asked that she not make it too tight but I wasn't going for a body wave. Asked her to use the white rollers for the lower back of my hair. She tells me it's going to look ugly. I've done this to my hair in the past. Also asked that she not cut my hair because I didn't about a month prior. I told her I didn't mind a trim, but when I looked on the floor she already cut almost 2 inches. Now my hair was shoulder length which is not what I was going for. Now the top part of my hair looks like a body wave while the rest is curly. I had them do it because I had an accident and couldn't do it myself. The worst part of this experience is the fact that the stylist is Hispanic and I explained to her both in English and Spanish so there would be no mistakes.

She then went and washed/dried my hair and started cutting. I asked if she wanted me to have my phone out so she could see the picture of what i want again. She said no. All washed/dried/cut now i go home and straighten my hair (how i always wear it). Its COMPLETELY uneven, it looks choppy. Even my boyfriend (you know most guys dont notice anything about the same things) noticed. I had him take a picture so i could see, thats when i freaked, and sent it to some friends to see what they thought. They all said the same thing. "GO BACK NOW". I call not even 10 minutes after being home and the lady sounds like she doesnt even remember me. Finally she says "ok it sounds like i need to see you". I rush back and she said " I dont see anything wrong" "I cant cut dry hair" "Im not sure what you want me to do" " We would have to take off another 3 inches". She then calls over another lady and she says "give me 10 minutes" and thankfully she fixed my hair (not how i imagined it but now its bearable). I have experienced a few times lately the shades I want to buy are sold out which is why I am giving it a four star rating. They do offer to ship it to your house however that can take up to two weeks. Take away- don't be like me and wait until your product is out before trying to stock up again! They have a $25 or less section which gets me every time! I find the best trial sized products there that end up being my favorites and when I come back I'll get the full sized version.
