Different months, different days and each time I schedule something (even confirmed the appt the day before) I get calls an hour before saying that either the stylist is not in or unavailable and no one else can help. Completely ridiculous. The icing on top is when I received notice of cancellation yesterday, they left the message at 10 a.m. They do not open until 11:00 a.m. My appt was for 11:30. So even if I wanted to call and speak with someone to reschedule, they weren't open yet. They intentionally cancelled my appointment when I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone. This was for my niece's birthday. Way to suck Ulta.

At checkout, I politely asked several times for my items--especially the candles--to be double‑bagged. Once outside, I asked my friend to go back in and request two bags. Even then, the same cashier made her feel uncomfortable for asking before finally handing them over. A basic request like an extra bag shouldn't be an issue, and it certainly doesn't cost the employee anything.
