When I wanted to choose product from Rhode an employee was standing and didn't noticed me, talking to the customer and assisting quite long, I wanted to grab product quickly. I actually bought lip tint and because it was in wrong location I bought wrong shade. I asked and same employee opened the drawer, but I guess they hide it? It wasn't restocked and often I don't see products being restocked when the drawer is full! I told associate that I want to exchange and they were nice and helped me without long wait in line, but it could be easily avoided. Also, bought my concealer when I opened it looks like it was opened and dirty ew, but sealed. Some testers also were dirty.
